My buddy and I went here three days ago on April 18th, and we were quite hungry and made our orders. It took 26 minutes for my bud's order to be readied, and by the time that happened, our food was cold. The employees seemed, at best, inattentive, and at worst flippant. I've had to ask twice about our food, and both times they were saying it was a chicken sandwich. At the end of the day, we've had a rather middling experience, and I found out today that my buddy may have received a burn from his food, which he has filed a complaint for, but I'm less than pleased to know that we were treated awfully. I personally don't see myself coming back here for a very long while.

Colonial heights location didn't want to add brisket to the Meat Mountain sandwich as a substitute for the ham they did not have...this sandwich requires all the meats. Stating they will not substitute again.

Stumbled upon this place on our journey and didn't realize it's the biggest Arby's in the country but it's not your tradition Arby's this is something you must see, make the stop of traveling the East Coast on 95.

This used to be a great Arby's. I am not sure what happened to it. I may have just gone at a late hour before closing on this particular day. The response was slow, and all the ice tea had been removed from the customer drink fountain area.I hope to try them again in the future and discover they are back to the great restaurant they used to be. It did not look like there was an Arby's Mocha machine there anymore, but the advertising graphics were still posted. Maybe they are getting ready to make changes, or the machines were out for repair. There was another area in the front of the restaurant that used to be additional food service with fresh vegetables, corn, green beans, potatoes, Mac & Cheese but now it appears empty and defunct. The restaurant seating area is still nice and can accommodate larger groups, and there is a nice fireplace. There is also a nice outdoor seating area. I hope this place stays successful and open. I have been to this restaurant probably hundreds of times over the years since it has been open. It would be disappointing for it to close. Arby's is a good brand and good food.

I was hired by Jennifer recently. These fast food restaurants be quick to fire or let you go for anything IMAGINE getting fired because YOU had YOUR car STOLEN I didn't even get on the floor yet because you have to travel all the way to Richmond just for a job. My ride got stolen I call the same day to let my Job know because that's my transportation and supposedly when I call to let her know I'm going to Richmond (because I have it back) she tells me she took me out the system. So u take me out the system because my car was stolen lol as I said this is a first . If your looking for a serious Job don't come here these people will treat u like trash but constantly want people to work for them I guess I'm blessed not to be with them true colors always show

Saw the long line and my family and I decided to order food through the drive thru. We waited 20 min in line and paid $54 dollars total for meals. When I got home (I live 7 min away) to sit down and enjoy my meal, I was very upset at how disgusting my sandwich looked. The bread was burnt, smashed, it was made incorrectly, it was sloppy, and there was hair in my curly fries. It’s a true shame that I didnt get what I paid for. I won’t be returning and will be reporting this incident further so that this doesn’t happen to others.Colonial Heights Arbys
