Very unprofessional. I tried to redeem a reward and was told I had to come back another day with no explanation or purchase what was already made which had been sitting and was not what I wanted. Will not be visiting this location again.

I’ve been to auntie annes for years , and for the last three visits the cinnamon pretzel bites have been dry and or hard. Idk if it’s a new cook but it’s not giving.

They charge a $1.25 tip without asking onto my debit card.The bites was over cooked and oily.Definitely will get my bites in the future at the other pretzel place at this mall.

It is 6:21 PM and they close at 7 PM three gentleman told me they were not taking any more orders and would not serve me. Yeah, it was food still in the window very bad customer service

I would not recommend going to this place. I was planning on getting a free pretzel because its national pretzel day. When I went there around 12, the employee said we're closed come back at 4pm. I was not planning on going back there around 4pm. Good luck to anyone who is trying to get a free pretzel because its not worth my time.

If I could leave a 0 I would but aunt Annie’s just lost our business they were very rude and instead of doing her job the right way she poured the pretzels in a huge tub of melted butter and put them in the cup with this being said cups got handed to us with butter pouring all over our clothes and hands and all at the bottom of our cups to where the pretzels were not edible

I work there for the second time and they do things backwards. They tell you that you get paid on 1st and 15 and u get paid 5 days later. They don't do know tax forms and they got all young managers trying to run things and don't know nothing. Don't work that if you can help it.
