This location, along with the location in Chester are the two worst locations for this company. I've ate at numerous BWW in Virginia, as well as the surrounding States, and the service and food is always amazing. I live near this particular location and every time without fail, the service is lousy and the orders are not accurate. I'm beginning to think it's just the general area and the type of employees because the service is NOT this bad in most other places. Yet again I order a meal for just myself. Literally a sandwich sad fries for takeout. I get there and upon giving me my bag, I inspect my order, which unfortunately is a must at this location. The fries were not in the bag. Literally two things on the order and they didn't even include the other half of the order. If you order takeout from this location, I'm telling you all right now, before you leave, break open the order and verify that everything is there because I'll almost guarantee you that it won't be. The franchise owner of this location really needs to do better. I will be avoiding this location, as well as Chester in the future.

Place was nice, but the wings needed to be more tender. Great staff but food quality and items need to be improved in my honest opinion. Likely the meat they use needs to be more juicy but it’s worth it still.

Ordered take out with DoorDash. I paid and ordered 10 wings …5 Nashville hot 5 garlic Parmesan, with a side of lemon pepper season fries. I only got 10 Nashville. Fries with no seasoning. I called Buffalo Wild Wings and the manager said he/ she only sees 10 garlic Nashville. And fries with no seasoning. Haha. The manager then tells me that “since you ordered through door dash, you have to contact door dash and file a complaint to request a new order”. In my mind, I’m like so even calling the Buffalo Wild Wings and talking to the manager about how they messed up the order does not help. There was no accountability whatsoever. I asked the manager “you’re aware of the low ratings of your store correct?” A reply back of “I am aware” was all that was said.

I saw the ratings and still ordered to give this store the benefit of doubt. I was wrong.

Awesome! I ordered a take out order in store and there was someone there to take my order and it came out quick and was right

My other half and I always come in and Noble seems to always be at the bar working. He knows his customers. He always makes sure our food is just right. He is the best multi tasker while still providing the best customer service to his customers. Thanks Noble for your customer service!

Placed a To-Go Order and the estimated pick up time was 4:40pm. I arrived around 4:45 pm. The person at the front went back to check on my order and said “they are still working on it”. A Lady walks in after me and gets her to-go order instantly. Staff goes back around 5:00pm to check again and they said “it just came out so they are bagging it up as we speak”. I didn’t end up leaving until 17:17. So much for placing a to-go order. I think I would have forgotten my food faster by dining in.
