Buffalo Wild Wings

I literally just got home from picking up my online order. I got there early & was told my food wouldn’t be ready until 6:20 which was what time it was supposed to be. So of course all the food should be fresh,correct? WRONG!!! All of the 30 wings are old & just tossed in sauce. Well besides the ones that were labeled honey garlic….there was nothing on them at all! And I only live one exit away….why were they also cold?! I will definitely take accountability for not opening them all to check them. But damn you would think you wouldn’t have to. ALL of it went straight to the trash including the 2 wings with feathers on them so long they looked like eyelashes. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Unfortunately BWW just isn’t what it used to be. The service is extremely slow at this location and the food leaves room to be desired. Average wait time from walking in to leaving the restaurant is about 1h 45m. Time from sitting at table to getting entrees was 50+ min.

Buffalo Wild Wings: where the wings are mid, the sauces are chaos in liquid form, and every TV screams sports like it owes them money. You’ll leave smelling like ranch and regret, with orange fingerprints that last till Tuesday. 10/10 for vibes, 6/10 for not poisoning me.

Waitress was very nice but the bar tender took 45 min to get one single shot out stating she had a party that ordered 20 shots. So??? You are a bar tender right?

Ordered take out and stood at the front for 10 minuets while nobody came by the front at all. Order was done at 1:40 didn’t see anyone till 1:50. A walk in business with no host or anyone at the front register for that long is kinda ridiculous. Got my take out and noticed it was boneless when I ordered bone in when I got home. I double checked that I picked bone in as well. Bone in is also more expensive and I paid extra for nothing because I got boneless. Which I hate boneless honestly. Food is always delicious but the service and attention to tickets sucks TREMENDOUSLY.

These fires were so unbelievably dry.. it’s like they had been sitting out for hours and then they threw them on our plate. We give this place a chance sometimes and every time it disappoints us. We try not to complain because whatever it’s not that big of a deal. But with food at this price point as I expect the fries to be good or at least chewable

This location, along with the location in Chester are the two worst locations for this company. I've ate at numerous BWW in Virginia, as well as the surrounding States, and the service and food is always amazing. I live near this particular location and every time without fail, the service is lousy and the orders are not accurate. I'm beginning to think it's just the general area and the type of employees because the service is NOT this bad in most other places. Yet again I order a meal for just myself. Literally a sandwich sad fries for takeout. I get there and upon giving me my bag, I inspect my order, which unfortunately is a must at this location. The fries were not in the bag. Literally two things on the order and they didn't even include the other half of the order. If you order takeout from this location, I'm telling you all right now, before you leave, break open the order and verify that everything is there because I'll almost guarantee you that it won't be. The franchise owner of this location really needs to do better. I will be avoiding this location, as well as Chester in the future.

Place was nice, but the wings needed to be more tender. Great staff but food quality and items need to be improved in my honest opinion. Likely the meat they use needs to be more juicy but it’s worth it still.
