Oh my goodness, just realized that there's a chicken fiesta near our new home!!! Had to go and get the chicken sandwich! Loaded with goodness with a side of yuka fries and a mango drinkš. We also tried the BBQ Chicken quesadilla...flavor town all day!!!!

I had hair in my food and requested a refund. Two weeks later after checking bank statement not only did I not receive a refund, I was charged additionally for a beverage never ordered. When I bought it to the restaurants attention there was no resolve. I had to dispute the fraudulent claims with my credit union.

After everyone who had ordered after me was served the employees finally grabbed my food that had already been bagged and sitting for 20 minutes off the top of the stove and called out my meal. They only gave me my food after everyone before me was served and let my food sit on top of their counter in the back to get cold while everyone elseās was fresh. I wish my food was fresh like everyone elseās but I guess they just donāt care. Also I just got home a realized the extra yellow sauce I ordered is not in the bag. When I ordered at the counter I requested extra yellow sauce and the girl didnāt even look up the whole time I was ordering and she said āyes there will be yellow sauce in the bagā and I said āI know but can I get extra yellow sauce pleaseā and she rolled her eyes and said yep. I knew I should have checked the bag before I left but I didnāt think I would have to because itās not McDonaldās. The employees do not care but I bet when they go out and order food with their hard earned money they expect quality service too and for employees to at least act like they careāwe want the same treatment!! I work hard for my money and this was supposed to be a special treat for me instead I got cold food that I have to go home and microwave and no sauce. Wow. Never coming here again

Chicken was kind of cold. It doesnāt look fresh as the ones in rack . They put the chicken somewhere, but when comes on my plate it is not fresh. I want the chicken hot. I have given them the opportunity to go in chicken as their name āchicken Fiestaā I am going to give them another opportunity if this doesnāt work, Iāll stop going and write another review.

Visited for the first time this evening! Everything was top notch! The food and the service were wonderful! Not too mention, it's so clean! Can't wait to return!
