Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was in town for one month and I came to this location several times during that period. The lines were always at least 20 minutes long. When I finally got to the food, it was about 50% full each time. The employees tend to skimp on the meat portions when they are low on that type of meat, probably to make it stretch further.
Ordering on the app is without a doubt the worst decision for this location. I ordered double meat, and I got less than the normal portion. Since you can't see them make it, you sort of just get what you get. On more than one occasion, the burrito was wrapped so that all the rice was at one end, and all the meat was at the other end of the burrito. So the first half was spent wondering if there was any meat in it at all, and the second half was the extremely salty chicken.

All in all, I recommend avoiding this location unless you are absolutely dying for Chipotle and don't care about the quality or the wait and time.

Dining Room only 2 clean tables by the front door..Cold outside and opening constantly All other tables without customers was not clean for new customers. 2 trash cans were full overflowing.. No Aqua Fresca Drinks in self service drink machine. Food was fresh ..Beef Brisket was seasoned and moist Caritas seasoned and moist same for chicken Fresh Produce and Ingredients . Great Portion Sizes Great Customer Service

Me and my wife both had the chicken and have been puking all day. On the way to urgent care now due to possible food poisoning.

I've eaten chipotle 1x a week for the last 15 years at dozens of locations. This is bar none the worst location, and that's saying something. Always out of food, disgruntled employees, and noticeably unsanitary. The food tastes different too. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great food, when they’re fully stocked. They seem to always run out of a food item. Like guacamole, chicken, steak, etc 🤦🏽‍♂️

I ordered a lifestyle bowl salad and it came with no lettuce…no fajita veggies… and no vinaigrette. Just s bowl with meat rice and cheese and it was completely ice cold. Completely misses the point of a lifestyle bowl. Dirtiest chipotle Ive ever been too, and won’t be surprised if i get sick.

The food was awesome no complaints there, the service was great and the employees were a whole vibe and didn't skimp on the servings.

But one major turn off! The cleanliness of this location was a serious disgust for me as there was trash and food on the floor and table tops too.

Another thing that turn me off is seeing an employee sitting and eating dinner knowing there's no way they missed all the trash all over the counter tops and not make an effort to clean it notify another employee to clean up since they was on dinner break.

This is why I gave this location 3 stars overall.

I'd like to see them place a more n serious emphasis on keeping the store floor swept and mopped clean, tables and counter tops cleared and wiped down with the proper cleaning solution.

If these correction are made and place kept clean with frequent intervals of employees checking to ensure cleanliness, I'll return then to see how the vibe is and then I'll boost my rating to 5 stars.

White rice was not well cooked, so that I had to chew it at my best, feeling uncooked texture..

Area of production was dirty with cross contamination. Food spread everywhere, and exact change always needed.

Arrived 4:00pm, and as usual, no Fajita veggies, So I wait for 15mins for it, only to get green peppers (no onions or red peppers) slightly cooked on grill. This seems the worst night!!!

It’s really gross here, sorry. Today was my second visit in 6 months. The food area is always messy and the glass shield is grungy. The lobby needs attention as well. Today my chips were beyond stale.
