Always good food. This specific place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The food looked fresh and didnt appear to be sitting out at wrong temp like some places we have been to. We definitely plan to be back and we know that no matter what we order, it'll be yummy.

This location has gone downhill.

Food handling: The white rice was burnt, and an employee started scraping it out to serve. Another employee brought out fresh rice and I asked for that instead. I also saw an employee adjust the back of his pants while wearing food gloves.

Cleanliness: The serving line was messy and looked like it hadn’t been wiped in a while. Tables were left dirty and I had to clean mine myself. Every trash can was overflowing and there was trash on the floor throughout the dining area. The drink/silverware station was also very messy.

Restroom: The men’s toilet handle was covered in residue; I used my shoe to flush, and it still didn’t fully flush after multiple attempts. There were paper towels scattered on the floor.

Even being about an hour before closing, basic cleanliness and food safety should still be maintained. This used to be one of my favorite quick-eat spots, so it’s disappointing to see it in this condition.

My food was cold right when I got it, and I’m pretty sure my tortilla is stale. I asked directly for salad dressing three times and the cashier said yes and then still didn’t get it.

I ordered the same thing I always get at any Chipotle. Something is so spicy in my bowl that I can’t eat it. The chips are cold and no salt. The vegetables are not quite soft enough. I would recommend a different location.

To Whom It May Concern,

I have never felt so disrespected as a customer in my life. What I experienced at your location was absolutely unacceptable and honestly shocking.

The employee behind the counter was already visibly angry with the customer in front of me (who I was with), and instead of calming down, he turned his frustration directly onto me. When I mentioned that his behavior was rude and unprofessional, he raised his voice at me in front of everyone, saying he was “just trying to move his line.” His tone and attitude were aggressive, and it made the entire interaction feel hostile and uncomfortable.

It didn’t stop there. He slammed and threw our items into the bag with no care whatsoever. Sour cream spilled all over my containers, and when I asked if someone could clean it up, I was told it couldn’t be done. To make matters worse, another worker wiped sour cream and lettuce off the counter with the same dirty gloves she continued to use on food. Not only was the service appalling, but this also raised serious food safety and health concerns.

This was not just bad service — it was humiliating, unsanitary, and deeply unprofessional. Customers should never be treated with such hostility and disregard.

I strongly urge management to take immediate action to address this situation before more customers are subjected to this kind of treatment.

Customer service was horrible!!! The worst I ever experienced there honestly smh didn’t get a chance to get the guys name but he was extremely rude!! He got upset with the customer in front of me, which we were together. He got mad at how she wanted her bowl then begin act frustrated with me right after, I mention he was being rude to not only me but other customers because he was frustrated he begin to raise his voice stating that he was just trying to move his line. Then stopped the line and rushed over to the registers still with the same attitude threw both myself and the other person items in the bag very nastily may I add sour cream was I’ll over my containers asked them if they could wipe it which they responded they couldn’t another one of the worker wiped sour cream and lettuce off the the counter top with the same gloves she continued to work with.
