A week ago, I did a delivery order and I didn't know that they did it through doordash, which is no issue. The issue was that I live on base and they had no one to delivery my food to me because the doordash driver was unable to get on because of their id. I called the restaurant to see if there was anything they could do on their end and explain the situation. Nothing. I called 6 times and kept getting the robot automatic message. I want to take to an actual person but said that no one was available and I couldn't even cancel the order since the doordash driver already had it. So they had to cancel it so that I should be getting a refund, which I am still waiting for. Overall, Im not eating at this restaurant again.

People that work there are young kids that do not care about hospitality or how your food is prepared. Been here many times and it is the same everytime

I had way to much rice and I got no steak, and I wanted steak

I had a spectacular bowl today at this chipotle. It all started with a bowl of white rice. The rice was not mushy at all, solid rice with an actual taste to it. Then we move onto the meat — I got a scoop of chicken and nothing more but I’m not complaining since that’s the standard. Now my favorite part is the amount of pico i got in this bowl. When I asked for extra pico, I actually got 2 big scoops of pico and she drained the pico water too!! That’s a big win for me. Everything else afterwards was standard but I just needed to let everyone on here know how banger my bowl was here.

Just ate here, great staff when picking up food. Guy was energetic and helpful with me when my order was wrong 👍🏻

First time eating at Chipotle in about 3 years, and I have nothing bad to say about the place or the food. Portions were generous, flavor was on point, and the service was decent. I’ll definitely be coming back here before I travel back to Hawaii.

I come here every now and then and pick up food for myself and it is very hot or miss. Ordering online it’s always bad, you have to go through the line. Today at 5:40pm I was picking up a door dash order for a customer and the girl at the bagging station who clearly had an attitude practically tossed the big order in my arms with the bag falling apart. I turned around to get the falling apart order re-taped. And the cashier was refusing to re-tape the bag after I explained the girl with an attitude just tossed me a busted up bag. Her and the line worker beside her kept going on about we can get you a tortilla instead like they are robots not hearing what I am saying. No apologies, no listening, but during all of that and me getting heated the girl with an attitude slapped tape on the bag because the others were too incompetent to understand so go her!

Chips were very stale, gave a new bag said they were all cooked earlier that morning. Second bag was worse.

The place was dirty as hell the food and sauce all over the counter top where they was making my burrito, and then when the guy went to wrap my burrito up he just lightly folded it in a small slip of foil so when I went grab it out of the bag the burrito fell apart, never going back to this place ever.

Worm in my food! I tried to upload a video so you can see the worm moving. The worm is green like the vegetables so it was hard to make out that it was actually a worm until I seen it moving! I will never eat from this place again! This is not the 1st issue I’ve had with this location . One time I door dashed some food and they forgot to put the protein in my food. I went to the store and they said they were out of the beef bora and thats why they did not add any protein. Even after it was paid for. I did receive a refund but it was not worth the hassle. I hate that you have to go through hoops in order to speak to someone about an issue with your order

Pretty small portions compared to other locations. Chips were stale :/ Service was fast but everyone was pretty rude, presumably from trying to go so fast

Every time we order take out, our order is wrong or we are shorted. I have made my husband check the bags in store cause we have been accused of removing items before. On today’s order we ordered 2 entrees and 2 large bags of chips, one large guacamole and one large queso. We were shorted the large bags of chips and given 2 small bags and got no queso. When my husband pointed out the error they stated they had run out of chips. So is that how you operate? You just put whatever in the bag instead of waiting for the item to be done cause you assume no one checks the bags on the to go orders? As expensive as it is to eat out you need to do better.
