So I decided to go to chipotle today because for one it’s one of my favorite spots but also I haven’t been in a while because of the service at this particular location I just never go here. Today I went service was horrible the young man that made my food was rude rushing when his co worker was replacing the items that was need to finish my burrito. So as she was doing that the young man took the topTo the containers put it on my food not only that but the water that keeps the food hot drip on to my food. Thats cross contamination would make someone really sick. Every time I come to the colonial heights location I have to always travelOut my way to Chester. They need to do better because nobody shouldn’t have to travel out they way because of poor services

Food was definitely hot and fresh and got my money's worth. There pickup or door dash area I'm unsure was a bit of a mess but other than that I had a pleasant experience

We ordered Uber eats and got two chicken bowls. They didn’t put any of the toppings on the bowls and completely soaked the top and sour cream to cover it up. I ordered a seven dollar guacamole and chips and tomato salsa that didn’t come with it. If you could see the food, you would think it was a joke the amount of sour cream they covered the top with so they didn’t have to put anything in it. This is the second chipotle I have ordered from that has done this. Done with it.

Yesterday afternoon I ordered a burrito bowl. It had rice, brisket, beans, lettuce, and avocado.Within an hour of eating a portion of said burrito bowl, I began vomiting profusely in the parking lot. I had food poisoning. I don’t plan on visiting any chipotle’s for a while after this horrid experience.I vomited for the next 3 hours and wound up in the ER to restore my fluid intake.Needless to say, be careful what you eat.I know it was food poisoning because it was coming out both ends.

I went at 7pm the yesterday last night. And they didn’t have anything. They said it was going to be 20 mins for chicken, rice, sour cream, and queso. When I asked the worker If they had honey vinaigrette he said no they aren’t going make anymore then proceeds to give the person behind me 2 vinaigrettes. Then I asked for queso and he said It was going to be 30-35 mins when the others workers told me it was going to be 5 mins. Then after I paid for my meal the queso came out and I asked for a side of queso he said no and proceeds to walk away. My chicken was burnt and the rice was stale. Don’t go after 7pm because they don’t have anything and they refused to make more when they at 11pm.

This restaurant always have something, and they are not doing anything about it. I love Chipotle, but I will never go back to this location. I hope they fix this restaurant because every time I go there there is always something. They are not clean, they have bad customer service, and they are not doing anything to fix the reviews that have been posted before me.

The new lightskin girl with the curly hair was skimping on meat even if you paid extra she shook the serving spoon off. The brown skin girls serving the pico and etc was rude as hell and tried to rush people through their order and was making faces . line was empty and not stocked, meat also was a little burnt. they only do this when the manager isn’t around
