This is my favorite cook-out location. The food is hot and not as greasy as some other locations. They have always been friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend the Cajun chicken sandwich and watermelon shake.

This location cannot handle crowds, fries have been raw for the last 3 months whether early afternoon, evening or at night. They absolutely do not greet you at the window. Everyone on the window is rude with no personality. I’m never coming back. Disgusting. Locations in Richmond Rock!! This location needs to be retrained from the top, down. It’s really sad in 2025.

I'm there quiet frequently. The young lady was courteous and patient while I was ordering. The daytime manager is very friendly. He knows what I order and how I want it packaged. Now that's customer service.

My, mother, grandmother, and I just got food from Cook Out because the power went out caused by a lightning yesterday, and now the traffic started to jammed up in Colonial Heights and every traffic lights just shut off itself.
