Always an issue with the boulevard Dunkin every time we go. Usually it’s the coffees not tasting right but last time I went to get the kids donuts and they had NONE. What kind of donut shop has no donuts. Will not be going back anymore.

I went to pick my order up and they informed me they didn’t have Maple but replaced the maple donuts with another donut, and that was completely fine. Once I got him I realize they did not replace my donuts, I paid for 12 donuts and got ten.

Honestly overall it was good but problem was the sweet tea wasn’t sweet and tasted subtle and it’s no flavor with also a odd after taste with it causing my mouth to taste like it for 5 hours

First of all my husband comes in every two weeks to get coffee for the girls who cut his hair. He gets a minimum of four large coffees and a dozen doughnuts, sometimes more than that. He use to pull up and wait for his order with no problem till about a month ago we waited for 45 mins and was completely forgotten. He refused to pull forward this time. We ordered four coffees a dozen assorted and munchkins and even with them asking six times to pull forward and five people working they still forgot my munchkins and told my husband to never come back.

I don't know who they have at the speaker this morning, but she was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I go to Dunkin fairly often and typically they are extremely sweet. I ended up leaving because of the attitude she was giving me.

every time i come here, i always get the same thing, basic order, they get my drink wrong and when i try to correct them politely, they seem so irritated. they always forget the whipped cream and caramel drizzle even though it says it on the screen when i order and they look at me like im a karen 😭 even when nobody’s in line, i still had to wait 30 minutes

You guys need to hire more people!!! Been in the line about 15 minutes
The wait time at this location is always long. And why does the drive through only take one order at a time? They take an order and fulfill it completely before the next order is taken, makes for EXTREMELY long wait times and traffic backed up in the street blocking the fire station. So time consuming to get ONE single hot coffee from this location. Dunkin needs to DO BETTER!!!

Lock the doors , this place should be closed! Filthy , bags , coffee lids and dirty all over floor behind counter. Coffee stains all over counter tops. No donuts in display case , five employees stepping over each other and drive thru line stretching onto the road blocking traffic. All I wanted was 2 Bavarian creme donuts! Never again!!!!

I’ve been meaning to write a review for sometime since I moved out here. Yesterday is the perfect day every time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, the staff it’s always really friendly but today I stopped in and I’ve been having a really bad couple weeks this morning I was greeted with a smile and the kind hearted soul who wrote that note on my cup. I really appreciate it. You made my day 10 times better with a few simple words thank you 😊

If I could have gave 1/2 star I would. Been waiting 20 minutes for a chai latte and there was 1 person in front of me. Worst service and crew ever and I guess the worst part, they don’t even care they are not getting food out. Wish the owner had his direct contact information posted but I understand why he don’t. Will be writing corporate, this is horrible and gives DD a worse name than they already have
