DoorDash for my wife frequently as I’m living on base at fort lee. Yall need to start putting covers over the drinks
The 1st time i went here the bagel was delicious toasted just right! The 2nd time it was hard and rubbery couldnt even bite it. It was like chewing gum.

I ordered four doughnuts and only received the two. I paid for four, and instead of informing me that they were out of a flavor I wanted, only gave me two doughnuts. This happens frequently when I order doughnuts for here, if you plan on stopping here I wouldn’t recommend getting any food because you’re unlikely to get it correct/ warm.

If you enjoy being spoken to like an inconvenience and treated with complete disrespect, this Dunkin’ location is the place for you.
We politely addressed an issue with our order — one that we had communicated clearly, including an allergy concern — and were met with eye-rolls, sarcasm, and an all-around attitude that made it clear they had no interest in helping or even listening. Instead of simply correcting the issue, the staff insisted we were wrong, spoke down to us, and made us feel like we were the problem for even speaking up.
There’s a way to talk to customers — this was not it. Basic decency, let alone professionalism, was completely missing. The entire interaction felt more like an argument than customer service.
We won’t be returning, and I’d strongly recommend management take a serious look at how this team speaks to people. Coffee shouldn't come with a side of condescension.
Due to this, the drink that we were given was thrown away out for fear of them spitting in it as it was quite soupy (not at all frozen). This is being taken up with the company itself.

I'm not sure who the owner is but they really need to revamp. One main issue is the lack of communication. Ex. The NOW HIRING sign has been up for about 2mo. No one calls back. No one answers phones. It's really strange how they are running this business. It's like they don't want business. I'm seriously confused. I could say more, but I'll stop there..smh

I'm giving this a hard three I rarely have issues with this establishment but today was a hot mess. The manager had a attitude because I did not leave the window right after I received my coffee I was putting my cash away I did make sure no one was right behind me... as I was putting my cash away I heard her getting an attitude saying she got her coffee why is she still there she needs to go loud enough for me to hear she then comes to the window I was like there is no one behind me...it doesn't matter we have a drive thru time of 1minute and 30 secs. I was taken aback because I was like where tf is this coming from. I understand if there is clearly a line behind me and I've spoken to some of the employees at the window b4, and waited in line thru the drive thru b4 well over 1min and 30 secs... and today we want to have an attitude for what reason I dont know but I will be calling corporate today... I parked and left my coffee on the inside I couldn't even drink it didn't ask for my my money back... we had some choice words when I dropped it off and left i will no longer be going back unless they have a new manager that was crazy and embarrassing

The food for the most part is good. The weekend crew needs a new manager. Or just a new crew. My wife and I live a few minutes from the colonial heights Dunkin. But we are ready to drive out of our way to go to another one. Our orders are always wrong, ALWAYS. Today was the last straw. Both my wife's and my coffees were wrong. My wife's coffee didn't even have coffee in it. Just syrup and flavoring. My coffee had the wrong flavors. They even mess up a donut order, on the regular. Can't get a frozen drink on the regular. I would recommend going to one of the other ones, unless they can do a complete 180.

Very clean facility. I was surprised to see a Dunkin so empty. I was the only customer. I soon understood why...I ordered a green tea, I knew from the color it was incorrect. I told the staff it was black tea I would drink it anyway. It wasn't u til I pulled away from the store did I try the drink and realized it tasted like coffee. It was terrible. They were also out of turkey sausage, which the staff was kind and accommodated my sandwich.

I went thru the drive thru and they managed to mess up a simple order. I asked for an 18 ounce hot coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. What I got was an old stale cold cup of coffee and upon my return, I was met with very little remorse. The staff was moving at a snails pace. I had earlier asked if they had munchkins; I was told they did not. When I came back, imagine my surprise when I saw munchkins, staring right back at me. I asked if they could remake my coffee and they did; however, it was the same coffee they had previously given me. When I asked them if they could do better, I was met with, “It’s been a long week, ma’am.” To which I replied, it sure has been and I’ve been working with children all week. This is your job, so maybe you should move with purpose. To which he replied, we can’t please all customers. I immediately asked for my money back. And I will never return worst customer service ever, do better!! do better!!

LESS ice.. with oat milk. i got a regular latte w regular creamer and hella ICE. I kept telling black collar shirt w the pixie cut, my order was wrong on the screen and she told me it was right.. shoved it out the window and ignored all of my questions about my coffee being made right. i teach 4y/o. i need my coffee and pixie messed up my coffee and my morning. :|

The Colonial Heights VA never gives napkins. I work to far away to turn around and go back. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I have gone and NO NAPKINS. guess Dunkin is to cheap to offer napkins
