We decided to check out Fuji Ramen in Colonial Heights after seeing a TikTok video about them and wow, we’re so glad we did! My family of three went for lunch, and everything from the atmosphere to the food was fantastic. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, the staff was friendly and very quick service.

We ordered chicken udon, pork miso ramen (pictured - the bowl is very deep so it's bigger than it looks), and hibachi. Every dish was fantastic and generously portioned. The udon was cooked perfectly with a rich, savory sauce that was full of flavor. The hibachi had great taste and good portion of rice and veggies. But the real star was the pork miso ramen. The broth was so flavorful I couldn’t stop drinking it even after I was full! I added an extra half soy egg (highly recommend!), it was perfectly jammy and delicious.

We also tried the taro milk tea with boba, which was decent but not a standout. Honestly though, the food alone is enough reason to come back, and we definitely will.

The other thing we really appreciated was the pricing. At similar places our bill would have been $70-$80. We ordered three entrees, a side of chicken BBQ, boa buns and a boba drink. Our total was around $64 before tip.

Very surprised, good local spot to Fort Lee. Would come back again if I’m craving ramen and don’t want to make it at home. Great portions and good boba as well!!

Gotta say I expect better service and traditional music. I’d like to start coming here every Sunday but the atmosphere isn’t the best! The music is disturbing and loud

Service was great!

The ramen was unfortunately not the best ramen but the house fried udon was delicious! I will go back for that, especially because it's more convenient when I'm not feeling the experience at Yummy Bowl. Our server was amazing and very sweet!

This chicken fried rice was absolutely delicious! The rice was cooked perfectly — fluffy with just the right amount of seasoning — and every bite had amazing flavor. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, with a nice golden sear that gave it great texture. I also loved the mix of vegetables; the broccoli, zucchini, onions, and carrots added freshness and crunch that balanced the dish perfectly. The portion size was generous, and everything tasted freshly made, not greasy at all.

If you’re craving something hearty, flavorful, and satisfying, this is definitely a dish worth ordering again!
