Great experience until I went into the restroom. There was vomit and feces all over one of the stalls and the member of staff I told said “well go tell someone else, I’m up here” dude I’m just gonna tell a member of staff and then get out because I need to use the bathroom and obviously can’t at your facility. 1/5 stars

The classic American Buffet. I love that they had desserts out at 7:30 am. Even nicer was that one on the staff members was kind enough to take our family photo for us. Just a lovely, down home environment that makes good, food.

Came here with my family and sat towards the back towards the left of the buffet. Immediately, when we sat down, I noticed the face of the older, pudgy, Caucasian server (wish I would've gotten her name) that walks with a little limp look at us with a face of disgust. (I ignored it and still decided to sit down) We got up and served ourselves our food and when we came back to the table there were no utensils for us to use. I had to ask a female busser, which seemed delighted to help us. After one plate my family and I left. Still tipped the woman, not as much as I would've and could've but I felt she really didn't do anything at all but caused a bad taste in our mouth. The food was great. Would've stayed longer but the vibe wasn't right. As a prior Upscale bar manager, I know the importance in customer service and hope she gets the training she properly deserves.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant chain, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The food quality was poor and appeared highly processed, as many items came from cans. While it is an all-you-can-eat setting and you are not rushed, the overall quality did not meet expectations.

I rated the ambiance a one-star due to an unpleasant and unprofessional incident during our visit. While guests were dining, a female with dreads staff member who takes calls for food pick up was speaking loudly to what appeared to be a manager or supervisor, using excessive profanity. This behavior was especially inappropriate given that many families and children were present. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflected poorly on management and staff professionalism.

Overall, this experience did not leave a positive impression. Will not return.
