I used to love Hardee's when they sold Fried chicken! Now a days I don't choose this restaurant for a quick meal!

Although, loving the apps ease, it was very disappointing to get there and my order was supposedly ready. All I ordered were tenders and fries, thats it! She gave me my food, I believe, she thought I wasn't going to check. I checked, I had no fries. I waited, she came and I let her know I didnt get my large fries. She didnt look shocked, it actually looked liendshe knew. She came back to tell me she had to drop some fries bcuz they had none! She knew she was cheating me, she was just hoping I didn't check. This is how restaurants cheat people! We live too far to come back same day! Restaurants make out very well doing this. And the fries, why are they only filled halfway?

Horrible, horrible, horrible! From the food to the customer service is just awful. The breakfast sandwiches look like someone stomped on them... the employees must do that for anger management relief. The outside was filthy, as well as, the inside of the restaurant.

Look, I never expect much from fast food but holy hell the service here is poor. Was greeted with a uh hmmm...no can i help you or anything just a grunt. Order was wrong, asked for double...got a single, never got my drink. One positive, after waiting about 15 minutes I did get very fresh fries...won't be going back to this location
