Breakfast is on point. The staff is friendly but at times it feels as though you are bothering them by placing your order. Made us get out of the car and go in last week because the drive thru cashier was taking a cigarette break. About the time we got our order taken inside they opened the drive thru back up, it definitely was an annoyance. However, the food made up for it !

This Hardee's staff seems to be more customer oriented than many of the restaurants around it...the food was good and fresh, the staff seemed upbeat and ready to have your order correct. The $5.99 bag is much more filling and interchangeable than the other fast food restaurants offer...

It took 5 min for anyone to greet me at the counter and now it's been 15 more min. And still have not received my order. I have watched 3 customers walk in order and leave with their order and also The long line of drive thru end .

Never open on time … breakfast was good when I came back 30 minutes later ⏳

This place needs to be cleaned asap. No tea was made at all, took 25 minutes to get a sausage and gravy and a country fried steak biscuit. It took them 20 minutes to take two orders while running the drive thru with 6 cars in line. And I really felt bad for the Uber eats people because their tips are also based on the fast service. People in the Drive-Thru were coming back in because their orders were wrong. They had plenty of employees there but some really didn't care to work. It's like they can't afford to fire anyone. Two young girls were running everything in the front by themselves. The bathroom smells like the Las Vegas truck stop seriously. Trash all on the floor, tables dirty, soda machine area was gross and dirty. It's crazy because this is the second Hardee's that I have been to in the last couple weeks and I don't know which one was worse. There's no way that they have health department inspections or they would be shut down. The filth in this place has been here for years. If the owner can see this, you need to fix this business or shut it down for your sake and the public's.

We got up to the speaker and said our order three different times she then she saod with an attitude I can't hear u pull up to the window we get to the window and shes staring at me thru the window on her phone nobody in the restraunt no one in the drive thru so i start to drive away amd she throws her hands up amd starts walking to the window ??
