Doors locked at 4:20pm. Seen someone go to the opposite door. All doors are locked- no one answered the phone at the location nor come to the door. Shouldn't have sign to say your open. Waste of gas. Signage works.

Went for breakfast. Biscuits are the best in the business. Light and fluffy and that perfect flavor. The eggs are cooked fresh. The chicken is fantastic. If you want a fast food breakfast, this is the place to go.

Cheeseburger burnt on edges, overcooked, fries mixed with hot and older fries. Lemonade was good. All for 11.28, outrageous and a shame to pay so much for something this terrible 😢

The floors and tables were disgusting everything was dirty. Workers asleep laying on the table, other workers outside in cars with people smoking and blaring music. The only good thing was the food. Workers cusing Inside

We just stopped in here for a snack. I don't know if she's the manager or what, but a female employee with a top knot was EXTREMELY rude to both of the other employees, and complained about two different people in the drive through lane right in front of us. Super unprofessional, and I felt very uncomfortable in there. My family's food and milkshake took forever, also. On a high note, the peach tea is delicious.

I use to visit this resturant often and stopped per poor customer service. Today, 3/31/2025, 2:04 pm, Order: 408400, Cashier Jada, the service was Exceptional. I give honest reviews and love to provide favorable especially if I have previously had a bad exerience. I decided to stop at the drive-thru as I was in Colonial Heights on business and wanted a Hardees Chili Dog and Coke. I said, what the heck, its been awhile and so lets grab something to snack on. They promptly took my order, had me pull around, took payment and gave me my coke and straw while we waited for the hot dog. Another worker open the window just to check if I had reveived my coke which I had. The chili dog came shortly thereafter and I could not be happier with the service and quality of the food. Kudo's to the manager both inside and district/regional as they appear to have made the necessary adjustments. This Hardees was my favorite and I am happy to give them another try as it is the closest one to my home in Chesterfield. Well Done, v/r, Dr. Ken King

I will be contacting corporate on this particular store cause their food is trash. Burnt tenders mixed with and fresh tenders. I was in drive thru so I had to pull up and wait for my tenders and instead of 10 piece I got 8 that was burnt tenders and the so called fresh tenders with dead fries. Been there at least 5 times and 2 of them was ok the other the food was trash. I don't know if the staff don't care about the customers or corporate don't care about that store and that's why they give out trash food but it's unacceptable. Close that particular location down or retrain the staff or get new staff but do something. Food is trash. I will be contacting corporate.
