I will be contacting corporate on this particular store cause their food is trash. Burnt tenders mixed with and fresh tenders. I was in drive thru so I had to pull up and wait for my tenders and instead of 10 piece I got 8 that was burnt tenders and the so called fresh tenders with dead fries. Been there at least 5 times and 2 of them was ok the other the food was trash. I don't know if the staff don't care about the customers or corporate don't care about that store and that's why they give out trash food but it's unacceptable. Close that particular location down or retrain the staff or get new staff but do something. Food is trash. I will be contacting corporate.

The employees argued with each other, cursing and yelling the entire time. Handed the food out of the drive-thru window without even acknowledging and/or looking at us. The meals were sub-par to say the least.

I ordered an original bag and my food was unseasoned and my burgers was not fresh and I did not get my pickles on my burger which I was really looking towards. As a Hardee’s worker , I’m highly disappointed that the food wasn’t that good

Employees have their kids in seating area. Toys and belongings from their kids in dinning room. Very dirty and bathrooms gross. Food as expected. Employees yelling and cursing. Employees on their phones makes you feel uncomfortable. Not managed well.
