We had a party of nine, So we had a little bit of a wait. Place was busy, yet Service was great, and the meals were cooked with perfection and hot. The most impressive thing. We requested Hollandaise sauce to be put on side of the egg benefit due to stomach issues, and it was forgotten. The wait time is horrible and that's not because they are packed and busy. Probably 5 tables have guests. On one occasion we waited almost an hour for our food while they listened to music and danced in the kitchen. Food was messed up amd had to be sent back. We had to ask for the waitress because she apparently forgot we was there.

😅 I was tired and not up for cooking breakfast, so thanks IHOP for putting in the work for me. Hubby loved his chocolate chip pancake combo also. 👍🥞🥓

This is an absolute joke of an establishment. First, we had to wait 10 minutes when walking in for any staff to appear. Once seated, there was another 10 minute wait for service. They were out of several things we ordered, and also informed us that the waffle maker was broken one the food arrived, not before. The food was decent but not up to par with other locations. Lastly, we were informed that they didn’t have any change when paying with cash. The audio system also was cracking the entire time and was unbearably annoying.
The bathroom was extremely dirty and the booths are falling apart, and sticky.
Save yourself and go to the Chester location.

It's a no for me. My son and I came for breakfast. The waiting/pick up area is sooooo small. It's about 6 ppl waiting. The server speaks to the ppl already there never greets us. Another server comes up 10 min later to hand out some orders never greets us or asks what we need. An older couple comes in and they instantly seat them(not on a waiting list). Then also greet and prepare to seat another person that came in after us. I've never worked for Ihop but had a job where random people would be in a lobby. I would always walk out and greet everyone and ask if they've been helped. That's customer service 101. So after 15 min of waiting we decided to leave and go to another location.
If I could give no stars I would. Since moving to CH we have visited this IHOP twice now. It took over 8 months maybe a year for me to try it again. Both experiences have been the same. All the staff seem to be higher than a kite. Our male server today was the worst I have experienced anywhere in my life. Each plate came out one at a time literally, the kids food came out last and one kids plate came after we had the other food at least 10 minutes, which I sent back as she had already been given something different. All the food was cold. The server never checked back with us, didn't refill any of the drinks and didn't remove anything from the table. My husbands plate came with a packet of sour cream and a plastic ramakin with a lid touching his omelet ( sanitation issue) No one could finish their food. When I asked to speak to a manager a gentleman came from the back that looked like kitchen staff, no uniform and no customer service etiquette. Although we were given a small discount on our bill the whole experience was awful. Instead of it being a wondering family dinner, it felt like we were served someone's cold leftovers and left to deal with it. I will never go back to this IHOP again unless someone tells me management has changed and there are actual standards in place for service and quality.

Food was decent. Our direct server was great. The other server though you could smell needed a shower as a waft of BO stench followed after them as they walked by. Disgusting!

How do you get over medium eggs absolutely brown outside, but with some white still uncooked? Pancakes were undercooked, bacon looked like it was yesterday's run thru a deep fry and not drained. Server was great...Cook is not a cook. Paid for it with a good tip...couldn't eat much of it. Won't be back
