Arrived and took the host 5 minutes to come and ask how many people, we were told that it was gonna be a long wait despite restaurant did only had three parties. We decided to seat any ways and the rest of the tables did not even had their drinks. Why would you be operating as a business without a team?

The food was quite exceptional today. Pancakes, eggs, and sausage were hot, tasty, and fresh. Sometimes in the past it's been mediocre, lukewarm, and warmed up. It was quite a pleasant surprise and dining experience.

This place has, by far, the slowest service I have ever experienced in any restaurant on the east coast. Inattentive staff. Horrendous service.
It was SLOW SERVICE even with the restaurant being empty , the table was still dirty, the silverware was sticking out of the napkins so my silverware was touching the menus that obviously haven’t been cleaned.. We sat down anyway but got no server, I mean it was basically empty and the server couldn’t have missed us since multiple servers were staring in our faces. I work at a restaurant so I understand, but this was unacceptable since the restaurant was dead, not to mention there was a used CONDOM outside of the restaurant.

Orders the cookie butter pancakes to go I get there and check my food it’s just regular butter milk pancakes all of the toppings in the side which is understandable but I tell the lady and this guy who didn’t have a name tag who was relaxing in the lobby when I walked in that hey in the description the cookies are supposed to be cooked into the pancakes and he’s like arguing me down like no you have to ask for that I’m like ok hold on and pull it back up just to make sure and I was right and instead of fixing it he just continued to repeat he same thing like uh ok.

I don’t know who the female is but they said her name is Lena or LEENA but she has long braided red hair and she’s a young African American female. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE. She doesn’t want to work as she stated to me “I don’t feel like cleaning the table off” when me and my friend asked to move tables. We wanted to move due to a big party being there and they were kind of loud but I didn’t want to bother them as they were just enjoying themselves. She is disrespectful and apparently extremely lazy as she was the person not sitting anyone and the young man and other lady were the ones doing everything. She needs to be fired immediately !!! She brings discredit to this establishment as well as IHOP in general. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION due to her. Also we are in the military and we were in uniform as well which doesn’t matter but I will be requesting this location be black listed due to this experience. If our soldiers can’t be respected then they don’t need to be going there. Hope she gets herself together one day but as of now she needs to go and be fired immediately. Thank you.
