My family & I stopped in for breakfast during traveling, the waitress was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere and smell of the restaurant was very unsettling, upon using the women’s restroom it was a strong stench of urine. It seemed as if someone either mopped the floor with just water or something else, the greeters weren’t seeming very friendly so we did not bother saying anything. My hope is a staff member points it out, because it’s very disgusting

We were seated for about 22 minutes, no one came by to at least offer waters. The waitress with long green braids was rude and her tone was nasty/unprofessional when we asked her about our waiter and if we can at least have waters. Honestly very disappointed.

Ordered French toast and it was mushy and not at all what French toast should be. The utensils looked dirty, the table was sticky. There is parking for this location.

Hello, I am writing to report two very disappointing experiences at one of your IHOP locations.
First Visit: Last weekend, I waited over 30 minutes for a table. After finally being seated, no server ever came to our table, and we ultimately had to walk out.
Second Visit: Today, I placed an online order and the pickup time was significantly delayed—over 45 minutes past the expected time. When I received the food, multiple items were missing. I attempted to call the store several times, but no one answered. The customer service was terrible.
This is now two weekends in a row with extremely poor service, and it has really affected my confidence in this location.

The food took FOREVER. It seems that door dash takes priority over in store customers. Restaurant bordered on clean. The ratty napkins under the table legs to stabilize the tables were a classy touch. The food wasn't bad.

I can’t blame the server I guess the service in the front was great. We got seated quickly and our waitress took our order quickly but then it took 45 minutes before we even saw any food! We waited, even asked to change our order to go because we would be late for an event. That made our order take longer. I asked for the manager and was told our food was coming out still nothing…. We ended up paying for our drinks and left.

The good is good but the service is horrible. Some of the staff are rude to customers and each other. It is always crowed with long wait tines.
Dirty table, fruit flies on the wall, the young lady waitress took our order competently but seemed very uninterested in the polite Small Talk a waitress must know. The food was decent pretty good for the IHOP type food had to ask for more napkins and the correct condiments. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it about a four

Over charged me ....had shells in my eggs , gave me a hashbrown I told them I didnt want ...advertised pumpkin spice pancakes and didnt have them....disappointed ...probably never eat here again

Service was slow. Seating was slow. Didn't help that myself and others were told we weren't on their list after we had been there already for 30 minutes and put our name on the list. It happened to other parties as well. Edit on October 15...thanks for noticing my review ihop. I tried using your link for that ai crap. Not using it. It's not working right. A phone number to call would be better
