Place was horrible. Spent $50 on a meal and didn't get what we ordered. Then the night shift manager, Vanessa, decided it would be a great idea to talk about me to her employees instead of fixing the problem. If you want to starve, waste money, and feel completely disrespected by people who are handling your food then this is the place to go. The disrespect is real at this location. I would have given it zero stars but Google won't let me. Ihop should really teach there "managers" how to treat customers.

Expectation: warm food, poached benedict as described… we waited a long time for the food, came cold, egg was hard-boiled, the plate was chipped. I do t usually do bad reviews but it was just too many disappointments. I've ate this dish many times before, definitely not what they are serving in this location. The worst place we've ever walked into. Disorganized, dirty, never got a seat...we left after 20 minutes of waiting as the front desk staff had no clue what was happening, how to seat anyone, and the management was rude and condescending to the staff. Save yourself a trip.. and keep on driving!

If you're looking for a dining experience where waiting for your food feels like a journey through the seven circles of hell, then IHOP is your go-to spot!I had the pleasure of dining at IHOP recently, and let me tell you, the wait for our food was longer than the lifespan of a fruit fly. We placed our order and then settled in for what we thought would be a leisurely meal. Little did we know, we'd have enough time to write a novel, learn a new language, and solve world hunger before our pancakes finally arrived.But hey, who needs prompt service when you can spend hours contemplating the meaning of life while staring at the empty plate in front of you? Oh, and let's not forget the thrill of watching other tables receive their orders while you sit there wondering if your food got lost in the Twilight Zone.So, if you're a fan of starvation-induced hallucinations and enjoy feeling like a forgotten relic from ancient times, then IHOP is the place for you! I have to personally thank Destinee our waitress. I'm not sure of her last name but would love to find out. She was amazing and so friendly and kept that amazing smile. I watched her wait tables that I'm sure were not hers while cashing people out along with assuring me and my son along with others had everything we needed. I will definitely be back and only want her to serve us. She definitely deserves to be recognized. That was the first time I came in there in a long time where I actually enjoyed the waitress. Shouts out to destinee . I'll be seeing you again soon?

Order online and had it curbside but didn't park in the right spot and had to pick it up. The employee didn't see my phone number to call me. It was lukewarm but still delicious. Order the spinach & mushroom omelet with fresh fruit, Nashville hot chicken & waffles, and blue raspberry lemonade. Although I was late in getting my food. I still glad I order, the omelet looked just like it was advertised. The Nashville chicken stripes were spicy and especially good, and so was the waffle. I am so very glad I finally decided to try their food.Parking: It is located in part of the mall.

Lovely building but my class coordination a week prior that we would be in at 7am with 50 people.... waited over a hour and a half with 1 waitress and what I can assume as 1 cook. If you are here for any military school, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE for a class breakfast.

I understand the restaurant is kind of small it's a Sunday people love Sunday breakfast but the staff could be a little less nonchalant about the fact you have to wait just a little caring would be good. Do better IHOP Southpark!
