Another guest walked out without paying for food I attempted to help and the cashier was very rude. They should make sure all guest are paying for food if they don’t want help with trying to figure who’s paying for food and who’s not smh ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Waited for sub for 20 minutes, then they brought me the wrong order , the girl Cassie was talking to me and acted really bad to be dealing with the public and walked away and told someone else to deal with me. Never go there again

12/15/25: women’s restroom is out of soap. Not even a drop came out. There are women working dairy queen and jersey mikes side. Cashier with tats has no gloves but the sandwich maker does.

I recently placed an online order with Jersey Mike’s Subs, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My order took about an hour to be completed, which is far longer than expected for an online pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant, the cashier seemed confused and overwhelmed, and it was clear that I wasn’t the only customer dealing with these issues. Several others were also waiting much longer than they should have.
While the food itself was fine once I finally received it, the overall service and organization definitely need improvement. I hope the location addresses these concerns so customers can have a smoother and more efficient experience in the future.

This is the worst tuna sub I ever had. This is the first time I’ve had a sub from Jersey Mike’s No tomatoes on my sub and very little other toppings to choose from. I’ll stick with Subway.

It was my first time ever eating at a Jersey Mike's and I really enjoyed it!!!( I had the cheese steak with parmesan bread ). All the staff were super friendly, everything was clean, and the meat and cheese is sliced right infront of you( my order wasn't I assume because I didn't order a cold cut) I have a great first experience

I love Jersey Mike's Subs it's one of my favorite place to eat at.
The staff members are very hard workers especially their manager.
Miss Caitlin step up when needed alway stepping in to help her crew out. Miss Caitlin alway greeting everyone with a smile. She is very respectful, polite, and professional.
She always go above & beyond to render help to staff and customers

Yeah so the food and the service here is usually top tier, but tonight, my service was trash followed by a trash answer from shift lead Abby. I spent $25 on a sub just to get home and see that not only want my order taken wrong but they could not replace it because they had just closed three mins prior to my call. I was told to bring it back tomorrow if I’m sure it’s wrong of course because “some people think their chicken is steak and steak is chicken.” So I guess I’ll just be hungry tonight.
We got 2 Kahana steak subs and my sub has almost no meat on it and it's not toasted. Very disappointing.

I was here on Labor Day and the service was great. There was an interaction between the workers and a rude couple but the workers handled it great and the couple was acting unacceptable. If they’ve been A Jersey Mike’s then they would know Jersey Mike’s doesn’t have a toaster they can grill but they don’t toast. They acted like the workers were lying, but the workers handled it professionally and my food was fantastic.

Ordered a cold sub and a hot sub. The cold sub turned out fine but the Philly (hot) seemed cold. None of the subs were toasted though I asked for both to be toasted. They also cut the cold sub but not the hot sub despite my request. Only left 1* for service because there's no option to leave zero stars. Been to a Jersey Mike's in Snead's Ferry, NC yesterday and everything was great there. When I complained about these issues, the manager (Caitlin) rolled her eyes and encouraged me to call corporate. Got a refund and left. Needs new, proper, and mature management. The lady who rang up the order was kind and mature and would be a better manager. Bad experience from this one. Disappointing!
