I came during a lunch rush. It was all hands on deck but more focus shifted to those that hopped in line than those who ordered online. They did have an associate focused on take out from online but no one was checked on until the line was reduced.

Online ordering has ruined Jersey Mike’s. Now you stand in line watching them make orders for people who aren’t even in the store. Takes forever, even if the line is short. Online ordering has got to go! Serve the people who are actually standing there instead of people who aren’t!

Gosh, I hate to do this, but I reached out to the owners group as well as corporate. No response from either. May 10, Saturday evening, I stopped in for takeout of a Big Kahuna Giant. The wait was long, but always worth it. However, when I got home with the sub to split with my wife, we both couldn't believe the lack of meat, cheese, etc. We found maybe two mushrooms and a few jalapenos, but not many. I've never seen a Big Kahuna this skinny. With all the takeout options, one would think someone would have responded. Will be spending our hard earned money elsewhere. Such a shame, Mike's used to be the place, but something has changed.

Very mid subs. If you want a cold cut, well this is a good option. You want a hot sub? Go anywhere else. You like a philly? Go to Vincenzo's. Half the price, twice the goodness. $20 for a sub is insane.

They never answer the phone I tried calling tonight for the last 20 mins!!! I have coupons I'm trying to use from the last time they jacked our whole order up and refused to remake it. Love jersey mikes but this location is a hot mess.

Once we ordered, everything went downhill. I ordered a Chicken Philly bowl. The grill was obviously dirty considering there was black stuff in my dish from the grill, and I couldn't even tell it was chicken because all I tasted was burnt grill. Jersy Mike's is my favorite place to order this. The other was an Italian. It took forever for the girl to make it. She asked what I wanted on it, I replied everything. She put lettuce, tomato, onion and maybe pickles on it. I asked about the pepper relish, mayo and stuff. She replied that she didn't know what I meant when I said everything ( no kidding) , I replied everything means everything. My first, and last visit to this location.

Why are they so slow, I placed an online order at 1045 for pickup,and get there at 1205, and good still not ready, that is my complaint, good is great, but when you place ahead of Time orders, you except them to be ready, not everyone has an extra 20 minutes to sit and wait for an order that should be ready

It seems Jersey Mike's has started putting less meat on their subs. I've been to three different Jersey Mike's and all three times the subs were lighter than they used to be. $20 for nothing. I ordered a Giant and got the meat of a Regular. I didn't order the sub for the bread. It's sad when a place you go to a lot starts ripping you off. If I wanted mainly bread, I would have bought a loaf for $3.

I like this store, good prep and friendly employees. Sandwiches are always tasty. The parking situation and get in/get out is tricky, but its a given considering it's in really busy area.
