Yeah so the food and the service here is usually top tier, but tonight, my service was trash followed by a trash answer from shift lead Abby. I spent $25 on a sub just to get home and see that not only want my order taken wrong but they could not replace it because they had just closed three mins prior to my call. I was told to bring it back tomorrow if I’m sure it’s wrong of course because “some people think their chicken is steak and steak is chicken.” So I guess I’ll just be hungry tonight.

I was here on Labor Day and the service was great. There was an interaction between the workers and a rude couple but the workers handled it great and the couple was acting unacceptable. If they’ve been A Jersey Mike’s then they would know Jersey Mike’s doesn’t have a toaster they can grill but they don’t toast. They acted like the workers were lying, but the workers handled it professionally and my food was fantastic.

Ordered a cold sub and a hot sub. The cold sub turned out fine but the Philly (hot) seemed cold. None of the subs were toasted though I asked for both to be toasted. They also cut the cold sub but not the hot sub despite my request. Only left 1* for service because there's no option to leave zero stars. Been to a Jersey Mike's in Snead's Ferry, NC yesterday and everything was great there. When I complained about these issues, the manager (Caitlin) rolled her eyes and encouraged me to call corporate. Got a refund and left. Needs new, proper, and mature management. The lady who rang up the order was kind and mature and would be a better manager. Bad experience from this one. Disappointing!

Good food and service is also good. I like the bread and much prefer Jersey Mike's over Subway.
This location specifically is consistently the worst one to visit! There are a few particular employees who simply are rude and act as if questions and making food is a major inconvenience! I would 100% pass up this location as they alone make it worth not visiting!

We are not regular jersey mikes people but decided to stop in since it was on our way home. We dont really know or understand there process, my fiance ordered the sandwhich and the girl that took our order was pretty rude. Didnt make eye contact and her whole demeaner was off. After he ordered his sub , he asked if he could have the sub toasted ( we didnt know they did not have a toaster) and ahe nastily said , we dont have a toaster here. He asked her if there was a toaster that we saw and again she said nastily they did not have one. Again we arent regular customers here. He said something about her being ride to which she started laughing about because i guess poor customer service skills are funny ??? Idk. We both have worked in retail before , i have neger in my life acted the way that young lady at the front counter acted. She could have simply explained there process was different. When we asked to speak to the manager she laughed and then they both went to the back and laughed about . Because i guess its funny to have poor customer service ? Im not one to usually complain or write bad reciews but this was so bad. i will never visit again.
