I wanted to take a moment to share my excellent experience at Jimmy John's in Southpark. I recently came in with a last-minute large catering order, and I was immediately impressed by the exceptional service. Steven, the General Manager, was incredibly pleasant and patient, ensuring everything went smoothly despite the urgency of the order. His professionalism and attentiveness truly made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Additionally, although I can't recall the name of the other gentleman who assisted, I wanted to acknowledge his kindness and helpfulness as well. Both of them worked seamlessly together, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire process.

Thank you to Steven and the team for going above and beyond. I will definitely return and recommend this location to others!

This was my third time at this location. I only eat subs from Jimmy John's but this is my last time going to this location. This time my bread was not done leaving a weird taste in my mouth I can't even finish my sub. The first and second time I went to this location I got the Vito sub very tasteless when made here which is my favorite I will say they don't make subs GOOD like the Jimmy John's in Henrico on Laburnum there the BEST HANDS DOWN...I'm very DISAPPOINTED

Girl at the front is stupid. She speaks so softly you can’t hear her. The people behind me had to ask “can we order?” Because she just clueless looking around. Like ma’am you’re working why do you look so lost??

The customers asked what French bread was and she was SO confused and he pointed to the menu above her, she turns around completely and still doesn’t understand.

Please do better training. I just waited over 25 minutes for a sandwhich….

Because I broke my leg I ordered a big tuna sandwich that I could have for multiple meals. After my driver got me home, I was starving and looking forward to a good sandwich. I opened it and couldn't find any tuna! Finally, I saw that someone had smeared a bare amt along the fold. If I had been standing at the counter watching , I doubt the tuna would've been so sparse or hidden. I won't eat here again for a long time.

Very poor value. Food was tasteless and portions continue to shrink noticeably. Steady deterioration over the years. Friendly staff though.

I usually love the "Vito." My room mate stopped there to get us one. I had told her to tell them to make it like usual and add a few peppers. I got it and it had mayo on it! It is NOT supposed to have mayo! Very disappointed.

Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant! the mayo made me feel ill! I ordered something without mayonnaise for a reason!
