I usually love the "Vito." My room mate stopped there to get us one. I had told her to tell them to make it like usual and add a few peppers. I got it and it had mayo on it! It is NOT supposed to have mayo! Very disappointed.Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant! the mayo made me feel ill! I ordered something without mayonnaise for a reason!

Great customer service, the girl with red hair( I think her name is Destiny) is always smiling, always make my order perfectly( I am a picky eater and I make a lot of requests), and me and my husband keep coming back bc of that. Store is also always clean.

The last 2 times we have tired to go to this location they have either not had bread (worked for an opposing sandwich chain for 6 years and never once did we run out of bread.) or were not open at regular business time. Something needs to be figured out about this location or people are just going to stop wasting their time here.
I absolutely love Jimmy John’s! I went into the store by accident thinking I was somewhere else! I promised the staff that I would return one day to try out their sandwiches and I’m happy that I kept my word! The store is clean, staff is friendly, service was expeditious, and the sandwiches are amazing and inexpensive, I probably visit a store at least twice a week!

I ordered a sub to be delivered to my job came fast but upon eating most of my sandwich I looked down and see a blue streak on bottom of bread and I looked on the wrapper and there was a piece of blue hair in my wrapper. That’s absolutely disgusting we pay enough because the sandwiches are expensive as is they did refund my money but never got a call from anyone higher up as you would think I would have.

If I could give the store zero stars I would simply because of the dirtiness of the facility and the unhelpfulness of the employees, I had ordered two subs for me and my partner I was on my way to work in about 30 minutes, which would give me time to run it back to him but when I got back home, my sub was not there I'd went back to the restaurant, even though knowing I'm going to be late to my job which is cause for termination. So thank you Jimmy John's for being so very helpful at your Colonial Heights location
