Poor customer service twice on online orders, in-store, and drive-through pick-up today, 11/25/2024. Just Rude; young black male at the window for on-line pickup, No Hello, May I help You, or Thank You but sholving food at you through the window then slamming it closed. This young man has zero customer service skills and thinks he is doing us a favor. My wife said thank you, hello, and all the kind things normal humans say; he did not utter a single response except, let me see your order on the phone. He looked at the order on the phone with her holding it; he then walked away, returned with the order, opened the window, shoved it at her, and slid the window closed, not saying a thing. We both looked at each other and said, this is how customer service is not done, and we will not be returning to this store anytime soon, back to Iron Bridge KFC. I walked in and all I could smell was dirty, filthy, mop. Needless to say, I didn't eat. Atrocity! Not a hint of chicken in the air plus I was trapped in the corridor with the funky floor because you go through an entrance and have to open an additional door to enter the restaurant. Good thing no one was there to take my order so I didn't have to abruptly tell them why I wouldn't be eating from the swamp smelling food box.

I went here on September 6th which is. Today and when I tried to ask for a two piece with a dink they had no drinks they only had zero surger coke and no pie pies the was sold out so I wish I can SUE these people ugh.

On August 18th at 6pm got order from them delivered, I ordered from their website because of the deals and free delivery which they us door dash ugh. I go outside to get my order and see that I don't have all of my order. I ordered $60 worth of food! I ordered three 4pc meals with 2 biscuits and 2 sides and I got zero sides. I didn't get my 2 chicken sandwiches and mac and cheese or my chicken sandwich and nuggets box meal or drink with it. KFC won't answer the phone and there isn't a way to file dispute via door dash because I didn't order through them. This stuff has to change for real. People wonder why customers flip out of workers, it's because of service like this. Going to the restaurant and getting a refund, let's see how this goes. Smh

Orders online 1 hour prior to closing. While trying to pick up the order I was informed that they had no chicken. This is the 2nd time trying to order take out with no success. Then the refund process was a joke. My advice get you chicken somewhere else this franchise gives KFC a poor name

WORST KFC ever. This is the 2nd time I've placed an online order with them, pulled up because the app says "ready" and they tell me they "ran out of chicken". Waited 45 minutes for them to actually make my order. Apparently if you order after 8pm they won't make your order until 45mins AFTER you get there... they told me to park in a spot and then wouldn't even bring the food to my car, the dude yelled out of the driver thru window for me to walk up and get it... when I finally got my food almost an hour later, the chicken was super dark and seemed like they had not changed their oil in forever, there was no gravy, biscuits were still raw and the fries were soggy. EVERYTHING WAS COLD except the chicken because they didn't even have the common sense to wait to make the rest of the food while cooking the chicken..

Food was stale and unfresh like it was held under heat lamps for several hours, not fresh at all didn't even taste like kfc.then they short changed me $2.00 dollars. Won't be going back to that location.
Cheryl was so very courteous and just a pleasant lady . She has a great attitude with her customers and her fellow employees . Definitely an asset to your restaurant

Employees always have an attitude. Here it's 8:51pm they close at 10pm and have no chicken ready. Google said, "live busy" but no customers inside and I'm the only person in the drive thru. Everytime I come in here I'm waiting 30-45 mins..... if wasn't for my family I'll be home watching a movie...
