They step up there game lately very good
This KFC is grungy. They forget to make orders. Their Pepsi is flat. Their food is tasty though like all KFCs so that's their saving grace.
Little wait, food was hot and correct.
1:49pm 021825 lady assigned to drive through was on her cellphone the entire time and was rude from the time I pulled up. If you don't want to be at work go home or quit. I'm sure someone else would love to have your job. No one is forcing anyone to work at KFC. I was a mgr for the Petersburg and Hopewell location. Then she says it will be a 25min wait for a pot pie just because you didn't want to make it I will wait all day if need be.
People are quick to blast the negative but never the positive. I stopped in for lunch today 2/10/25 about 12:30pm. The woman working the drive through was prompt, courteous and very pleasant. Food was quick, fresh and correct.
This place is absolutely disgusting when I walked inside. The touch screens were absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned clearly in quite some time. Bathroom certainly needs a thorough cleaning. If this is what the lobby and bathroom is like I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I used to keep this whole restaurant clean when I worked there. The shape it's in now is absolutely disgusting!
Rude. Slow. And overpriced. Mind you. Just this location. I was genuinely wondering why the parking lot and drive thru was empty
The colonial heights location is an absolute joke! Placed an online order at 8:30pm. Arrived to pickup at 9:00 and was informed they were out of chicken because they close in a hour. All you sell is chicken so why are you still there? Lazy younger generation
Understaffed. Order took 30 minutes longer than they claimed to make.
Poor customer service twice on online orders, in-store, and drive-through pick-up today, 11/25/2024. Just Rude; young black male at the window for on-line pickup, No Hello, May I help You, or Thank You but sholving food at you through the window then slamming it closed. This young man has zero customer service skills and thinks he is doing us a favor. My wife said thank you, hello, and all the kind things normal humans say; he did not utter a single response except, let me see your order on the phone. He looked at the order on the phone with her holding it; he then walked away, returned with the order, opened the window, shoved it at her, and slid the window closed, not saying a thing. We both looked at each other and said, this is how customer service is not done, and we will not be returning to this store anytime soon, back to Iron Bridge KFC. It is ashame this is where we are at in society and no respect or decency at such a young age. Order Number 224023190. v/r, Dr. K. King

I walked in and all I could smell was dirty, filthy, mop. Needless to say, I didn't eat. Atrocity! Not a hint of chicken in the air plus I was trapped in the corridor with the funky floor because you go through an entrance and have to open an additional door to enter the restaurant. Good thing no one was there to take my order so I didn't have to abruptly tell them why I wouldn't be eating from the swamp smelling food box.
food was fine, the wait and service sucked, .. no one knows how multitask around this place... running around and not getting anything done... please get these people some more training

I went here on September 6th which is. Today and when I tried to ask for a two piece with a dink they had no drinks they only had zero surger coke and no pie pies the was sold out so I wish I can SUE these people ugh.
On August 18th at 6pm got order from them delivered, I ordered from their website because of the deals and free delivery which they us door dash ugh. I go outside to get my order and see that I don't have all of my order. I ordered $60 worth of food! I ordered three 4pc meals with 2 biscuits and 2 sides and I got zero sides. I didn't get my 2 chicken sandwiches and mac and cheese or my chicken sandwich and nuggets box meal or drink with it. KFC won't answer the phone and there isn't a way to file dispute via door dash because I didn't order through them. This stuff has to change for real. People wonder why customers flip out of workers, it's because of service like this. Going to the restaurant and getting a refund, let's see how this goes. Smh
