Similar to what others have said... I ordered a simple order was told it would take around 7mins to prepare. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting, others who have come before me have already received their order... Horrible customer service.

The pieces of chicken are very small. They're (original)supposed to be soft and somewhat juicy. However, it seems to me that it's fried like any other establishment. They usually never get you order correct. I ask for no gravy on my potatoes, and there's gravy on them. I would never patronize them if I wasn't purchasing for someone else. KFC use to be a real treat, but not anymore.

Ordered food & was told to park & food would be out in a few minutes after I paid. Food didn't come out till 30 minutes later. Part of my order was a side dish of mashed potatoes & gravy. These normally are separate containers. When I got home and opened the gravy container it was full of mashed potatoes with a little brown gravy mixed in! Won't visit this location again. I could have been told up front before I ordered that there would be a 30 minute wait & after all that time they could have it least got the order right!

Everything is very dirty in this restaurant, trash everywhere, sticky floors, dirty windows and bathroom.... doesn't inspire much confidence in how clean the kitchen must be

I ordered online 8/1/2025 to pick up at 915pm. Order wasn't ready. It said ready at 930pm and they didn't bring it out until 944pm. Got home and the whole order wasn't in bag. I am disappointed in KFC Colonial Heights Va. Never had any problems until now. I will be going back in the morning. Also will be calling corporate office about this situation. If KFC runs out of things, they need to tell you instead of giving you what they want to your order. 8pc chicken meal and get 3 thighs and 5 chicken legs. I'm pissed off. Corporate can either refund whole order or I will be going higher than corporate because it shouldn't be this way. Update, went back and talked with manager Saturday morning. He fixed the problem and from now on if I have another problem like this, I'll go straight to him. He was very polite and he shouldn't be a manager, he should be the owner of all of the kfc businesses 🙄

my first time here was horrible.. i only tried it again because i got a free 8 piece with a purchase.

Is sad that you get old food. Then you come on the inside to ask for fresh food and they act like I’m the problem. I was very respectful the light skin cash was more concerned about me not having my sauce in the bag more than my food being old. The the mrg come around the corner with out a care in the world I explained what was wrong with my food nicely. I asked for fresh cooked food she just pick the bag up and walked no apology or nun. Poor service. I’m a fast food mrg myself I know people can be a lot. But when I counter a good customer treat them correctly.

Usually a long wait time for the food to taste as if it's sat there for a while... One of the bowls ordered had 3 ....THREE! pieces of chicken in it the others didn't have a significant amount in them either maybe 4/5 I only go here when my kids beg me but it's not worth the money anymore for the portions

This KFC is grungy. They forget to make orders. Their Pepsi is flat. Their food is tasty though like all KFCs so that's their saving grace.
1:49pm 021825 lady assigned to drive through was on her cellphone the entire time and was rude from the time I pulled up. If you don't want to be at work go home or quit. I'm sure someone else would love to have your job. No one is forcing anyone to work at KFC. I was a mgr for the Petersburg and Hopewell location. Then she says it will be a 25min wait for a pot pie just because you didn't want to make it I will wait all day if need be.

People are quick to blast the negative but never the positive. I stopped in for lunch today 2/10/25 about 12:30pm. The woman working the drive through was prompt, courteous and very pleasant. Food was quick, fresh and correct.

This place is absolutely disgusting when I walked inside. The touch screens were absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned clearly in quite some time. Bathroom certainly needs a thorough cleaning. If this is what the lobby and bathroom is like I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I used to keep this whole restaurant clean when I worked there. The shape it's in now is absolutely disgusting!
