Food was ok but the customer service was horrible. I made an online order and picked up at the machine had to add for the sauce as they didnt put it with my order and i paid for it. The lady was sitting on a chair at the register and when i asked for the sauce she got an attitude and made a urghh sound. Then she came back and i asked for a bag and she got even more upset.. this is the job you picked and im just a paying customer!!

After a long day I ordered pizza via DoorDash. My dasher called me to tell me my food had been stolen and LC refused to remake it. I had to call DD customer service for a refund. I won’t order from this LC ever again.

Very overwhelming when I go there customer service sucks and today I ordered half cheese half pepperoni. Very Inconvenient when you have a child that doesn't like meat that much. I ordered like that for a reason why not just do it right

Rude cashier, young kid said he was the manager. I got 2 pepperoni pizza and breadsticks paid extra for marinade sauce barely half filled, I ask them to get extra he said that’s how they do it and it will be charge for another order. I realize this was a franchise, but I will never return to this location; going back to papa John’s pizza

I called my pizza in so many times to have fresh pizza made and they still sell old nasty pizza to the customers.. it’s ridiculous.. don’t go to colonial heights lil Caeser at 9:30pm to closing cause they not gonna give u what u want…

The pizza was tasty, but the crust was a little bit too hard. I ordered the 3 meat pizza. What I don't like is, the person that loading the items on the pizza is constantly picking up his phone in between orders and doesn't wash his hands. And the guy thats boxing them up are doing the same thing, although he is not touching the food. This observation was a few weeks ago. But, I like their pizza a lot.
