We ordered for a birthday party online. Order said it was ready for pickup and I gave it a little extra time being it was a sizable order, (( not one single thing was done right ))) from the vegan pizza because food allergies too basically all of it. Staff said that it was going to be fixed and won’t take long yeah the food got to the party as the party was coming to the end! Thanks

Whoever owns this need to come and hire responsible people that has respect for their customers...I say that because none of the cooks nor managers wear gloves wen cooking the food nor wash their hands....one girl had nail on touching everything and cooking one guy cutting pizza no gloves on cashier took cash then went in the back to cook pizza THE MOST DISGUSTING FOOD SERVICE IN COLONIAL HEIGHTS VA....SUPER NASTY?....THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE SICK...THEY NEED TO WASH THEIR HANDS OFTEN CHANGE THEIR GLOVES EVERY 5 MINS WEN COOKING...EVERYTIME THEY GO OUTSIDE THEY SHOULD WASH THEIR HANDS AND PUT NEW GLOVES ON...JUST WOW!!!!!!!!! The night manager or the guy who claimed to be was very rude and unhelpful when asked how to used kiosk. I made my order online and was notified my order had been ready. He asked for the name on my order and we were given someone else’s. He had an attitude when I expressed my concern due to health concerns and contact due to Covid. I requested a refund, due to him aggressively tossing the boxes (my order), on the counter, he then handed me a receipt, and expected me to leave without explanation on the refund process. I definitely will not be returning for the sake of myself and the rude person I encountered.Kid-friendliness: Very rude and intimidating to children.

They need to be more professional, The food is always great but they lack professionalism in the workplace, corporate needs to take a look into this store, most workers aren't even dressed in the proper uniforms, the store itself is more or less "Ghetto" now. The store also needs to have a deep cleaning done, it's pure nasty behind the register. Last time I was in a female employee was slapping a male employee and was laughing and joking, real unprofessional.

Waited 8 minutes to order and then waited 41 minutes in store for 2 pizzas. Workers walking around talking on cell phones and eating. Messing up dash orders. Trash all over the floor.
