A black female waited on us at the drive-through window. She was so disrespectful, to say the least. She didn't give us all our food. I had to get out and go inside to get the food she left out of the bag. She tossed the food at me and did not apologize at all. All she stated was they were short staff and only had two people working. That was the WORSE customer service ever. If I were the manager, I would just be short staff rather than deal with her nasty, disrespectful attitude. She is too old to act this way. If you don't want your job, then leave. shitty customer service, the manager was rude and distracted, paid 30$ for food portions the size of a kids meal at mcdonald’s, when we got a refund she kept giving us the wrong amount of money and we left with 3$ less then what we were owed, go to dante’s down the road instead they have great sea food and workers that aren’t completely miserable like long john’s

Food was absolutely horrible! It tastes like it had been cooked in burnt grease. The shrimp was so hard it hurt my gums when I bit into it. Paid 3.OO for a crab cake that we tasted terrible. First time eating there in over a year. What I paid I could have went next door to Captain Tom's and got a better meal.

We had the two piece fish and 3 piece chicken. Very tasty, fish was a bit greasy but tasted good. Crunchies, Cole slaw, fries and hush puppies were all good. Some issues with the drink machine and it was leaking on the floor but the counter person was filling cups from behind the counter. Lovely workers.

I visited this location for the first time last week and used the mobile app. I arrived to wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. When I was finally able to provide my name, I was told due to understaffing I would have to come inside to pickup my order. The bag was sitting out on their counter, missing the sauces ordered, and the food was barely warm. The employee was not friendly at all. I was not the only one there at the time who was frustrated. The same evening I sent in a feedback form to management. I have not received any form of response from them. Definitely do not recommend!

I placed an order online on Sunday 6/16 and when I arrived at the restaurant 10 mins later at 6:45pm, the restaurant was closed. I have been trying to contact the restaurant for a refund ever since and nobody answers the phone. This was my fave place but if they just randomly close constantly. At least turn off online ordering so you don't steal money from people!

The hours on google are wrong. My husband and I pulled up to drive thru at 1015 one car was outside back door and one car pulled up was a worker and worker got out of other door and before going on back door that was already open rudely said we aren’t open. Even through hours say 10. She was really rude didn’t even say what hours were. Why she waited to other car pulled up when she saw us there waiting is beyond me.
