I placed an order online to be picked up at 3:25 pm when I arrived not only was my order not ready and I had to wait 20 minutes which made me late for work. There was no courtesy finally after waiting when the order was almost ready it was oh it's the machine no one even greeted me when I walked in horrible service. People order online so they don't have to wait and literally it was like no care in the world to the associates

Well, I see others have had problems with this store too. I politely called while I waited for my door dash order to be picked up, and asked to please have condiments added to my order. He said uh huh, and hung up. I just got my order the food is almost cold, and low and behold the rude person who answered the phone still didn't do as I asked. I tried to call back, well they had stopped answering the phone. First time at long John silvers, and last. I will be contacting corporate to tell them about my experience.
**They finally answered the phone, the rude person that said uh huh, was one of the managers. Another manager named Quinton called back. I explained to him I normally cook all my own food, but since I am sick with no transportation, and disabled, I ordered food out. I won't go back, it's been over a years since I tried fast food. I still have to drag around heating my food, and eat it with nothing that I asked for due to uncaring incompetence. I definitely will tell anyone don't bother, apparently they must be making a lot of money, if they can afford to be rude, hand out cold food, and have no customer service skills.**

They had one worker sitting at booth talking loud on her phone the entire time we were eating .When you enter to order food they wouldn’t even come up to counter they were very rude .

With only 3 LJS located in the Richmond area, this particular LJS is absolutely the best. Day staff is precise and pleasant to always see. Night crew is just as absolutely amazing. The cleansiness of the restaurant to the great costumer service and great food makes this an absolute stop and eat. Special shout out to Q and J💜

Grabbed my order to go, but the experience I had the short time I was here was very pleasant. Kind, energetic, and dedicated service. Q and Justin especially went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed.
Definitely a better experience than I had here a few months ago. Not sure if it's new management or what, but I'll for sure be returning back here soon. Oh, and the food was delicious, hot, and crispy 🤌👌

They got them little computers and act like they too good to assist a customer. Sitting down gossiping instead of informing a customer of their lastest promotions. . Then yall wonder why yall don’t get business! Smile, greet your customer at entry instead of telling them to use the kiosk so your lazy self can continue to gossip with co workers! 🙄
As much as I love ljs I have to say this its one thing to get home and realize that part of you order was missing only to return for the missing plater fish and chicken platter to get home a second time and realized there was only 3 pieces of fish no chicken and no sides ofcorse at this point I Just ate it smh to go up on priceing and still keep half the product is a very interesting practice.I guess much shrink flation except you are actually being offered the full product for full price but receiveing half

Raggedy. Rude employee at the front. Rude as in sucking his teeth loudly on the microphone because we were still deciding on what to get. The person who brought our food out has a BS accuse for his rudeness like fast food restaurants just started having drive thru timers…….They didn’t give me fries and instead put fish breading crumbs on my plate. Barely any sauces in the bag. In conclusion….Trash ass service.
