Raggedy. Rude employee at the front. Rude as in sucking his teeth loudly on the microphone because we were still deciding on what to get. The person who brought our food out has a BS accuse for his rudeness like fast food restaurants just started having drive thru timers…….They didn’t give me fries and instead put fish breading crumbs on my plate. Barely any sauces in the bag. In conclusion….Trash ass service.

WOULD say captain toms but they have roaches... I definitely know I don't want to go back to this one. Long John's always been known for good however shut this nasty mess down

Ordered online… first everything was super salty.. 2nd being I used the app and ordered Mac and cheese to get there and find out you can’t order that for pick up… now their chicken is so small compared to how it use to be… last visit here for us

A black female waited on us at the drive-through window. She was so disrespectful, to say the least. She didn't give us all our food. I had to get out and go inside to get the food she left out of the bag. She tossed the food at me and did not apologize at all. All she stated was they were short staff and only had two people working. That was the WORSE customer service ever. If I were the manager, I would just be short staff rather than deal with her nasty, disrespectful attitude. She is too old to act this way. If you don't want your job, then leave. Her name on my receipt says Natasha T.
shitty customer service, the manager was rude and distracted, paid 30$ for food portions the size of a kids meal at mcdonald’s, when we got a refund she kept giving us the wrong amount of money and we left with 3$ less then what we were owed, go to dante’s down the road instead they have great sea food and workers that aren’t completely miserable like long john’s
