What food? The whole restaurant was empty and the hostess refused to sit our party of 10.

Parking lot and inside half empty and still was told an hour and a half wait by host....around 20 tables empty...looks like we got gift cards for nothing...

Tried to call in an order for pickup, and they didn't even answer the phone. Will never try again.

Came in at opening, 17 Dec 2024, sat at table LH5575, Roosevelt, our server. He was good and personable. The only issue is our French Onion soup was lukewarm, but Roosevelt fixed it. The steak was delicious, as was the Strawberry Marguietra. v/r, Dr. K.

This is the 3rd time The wife and I have went, 2 times have have sent back my Steak, 1st time way over cooked, 2nd time so tough you could not even cut it with the knife! This time dame thing, Steakbtough as all get out! It's sad when you pay 90 to 100 dollars for dinner for 2 and the top of the line steak, the Longhorn is garbage! The 2 previous times I sent it back and they comped my check, and I left hungry, this time I didn't even bother to say anything! Had never been asked by a Manager on any occasions what the problem is! They don't care! Never going to return to Longhorn again!

Guys. Please watch the instructions. Its important. And we paying for it. Ama Truck driver picking up food. And i cant check every item. I ask no bacon.and they of course added. And receipt has that instruction! And I really paid extra for this Mac.

Had my daughter a birthday dinner at the colonial heights location on 12/7/24. My waitress Olivia was awesome. She was nice, attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the manager on duty was not. The was rude and spoke very aggressively with me and my party when we first got there. I was confused as to why she was acting this way. But again thanks Olivia you rock

I love 2 month minutes away and got an outlaw ribeye ordered it medium!! This is cooked beyond medium was tough lacked seasoning and dry. The edges were burnt and tasted horrible. Very disappointed and a ruined dinner. I needed up just eating the sweet potato and ceasar salad

Incredible service, food came fast and was absolutely delicious. Nice atmosphere and staff was very courteous. Definitely recommend for a steakhouse near Fort Gregg-Adams.

Everything was pretty decent. 1 order came out wrong - but edible (not cooked appropriately, missing additions and has things on it that should have been removed) {a discount was provided} overall the experience was really great. Shout out to our server who seemed to have been triple sat, she took care of each table as quickly and professionally as she possibly could.
