I have never been so disgusted in a restaurant environment.
Myself and my two little children dined here this evening, arrived before 7. Didn’t receive our food until beyond 8p while we watched tables around us get food. Then the “manager” Becky . Decided to visit our table after telling her despite the long wait the food was cold . And she stated that’s impossible it just came out the back, I replied to my surprise as well that my broccoli was straight out the fridge and my steak was cold to the touch .
The manager also walked up the table, didn’t introduce herself or apologize just stated she didn’t think it was possible after the long wait for our food to be cold . Sad experience. We love long horn but will NOT be visiting this location again.

Walked in and walked right out. I generally like LongHorn, but this location has GOT to do something about that horrible smell. I don't know what it is or where it's coming from, but it smells like mildew upholstrey and dirty dishrags in there. Diabolical. 🤮

Why is my chicken tenders so tiny? Not worth the money considering I’ve had these before and they are never this small.

I went here yesterday as part of a group of 10 to celebrate my brother and husband on their birthday. When we walked in the door we didn't receive a smile and we said it's 10 we got 2 sour faces. My brother asked if Texas Roadhouse was near and a worker started giving us directions. We were told it's going to be an hour before we could be seated even though they had a whole side of the restaurant empty. As we very patiently waited we watched management seat, wait on 2 tables and never check on us. During our wait staff started trickling in, 2 other sets of 5 people came in and were seated within 5 minutes and then 10 minutes before we're seated more staff walked in. They were able to put tables together (like we suggested earlier). We were Blessed with THE BEST SERVER who was super friendly, accommodating and gave great recommendations his name was DaQuan. DaQuan saved the day for this Longhorn Steakhouse. I was never coming back and now I'm never being served by anyone unless it's DaQuan. DaQuan my man you get 5 stars.

Our waiter Daquan gets those five stars he was Great!!! But how we were treated and left waiting for seating when there was clearly plenty is unacceptable. We asked for tables to be put together for a party of 10 and they said they couldn't accommodate us but, ended up doing so in the end...And no type of consideration for our waitihg while others were walking in being seated. Managers didn't even ask if we were ok...they must do better and lose the attitudes.

I went today with a party of 10 to celebrate my birthday. The hostess had a nasty attitude and instead of them being open & honest about their next shift of waiters coming in. They were annoyed by our presence. However, when our waiter came in, HE WAS EXCELLENT! He kept us engaged, made sure our drinks stayed filled, gave us plenty of suggestions on food, and everything from there was excellent. I have to give a huge shout out to our waiter Daquan! WHENEVER YOU GO MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST HIM TO BE YOUR WAITER!

LongHorn Steakhouse is a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, the staff is amazing, it's just an awesome place to go for a date night, celebration, or just lunch. Colonial Heights and Midlothian locations. 🥰😋

Very good food, and great service. Only negative thing I can say is my wife was trying to let the waitress know it was my birthday, however the waitress couldn't pick up on the cue. The waitress was busy so can not blame the waitress.
