First time coming here I tried the 8"VA Philly it was the best the owner the manger and the staff was sooo helpful and kind love the location I will definitely be back.

I ordered from work and got the text alert that my food would be ready by between 1:17 PM - 1:32 PM. I arrived at 1:23 and there was a already an agitated door dash driver there. I waited for a few minutes, no greeting. Then I asked if they had called my name. I gave him name & he walked to back & grabbed a paper. They hadn't even started it. He told me 5 min. I waited in the car and came back 6 min later (still no greeting). By now I had gotten a second text saying pick up time is now: 1:40 PM - 1:55 PM. After talking to the door dash driver (who was still there) he mentioned that he had been there for 15 minutes. I finally just asked to be refunded. It was about 1:42, and I needed to be back to work and still get lunch.The menu looks great, but no one has time to wait for food. Lunch is your busiest time. Hire people! I wish I had time to wait. I really wanted to try it out.The guy did refund me in cash. So for that I will not drag the establishment. I wish them the best & I hope they hire someone.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I GO EVERYDAY AND THE SERVICE IS THE BEST IN THE AREA. EVEN WHEN THEY'RE BUSY, YOU GET YOUR ORDER FAST AND ITA DELICIOUS!

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Everything created a bad experience from the moment we walked in we stood there with no greeting, then when we finally got our order taken the woman running the cash register was very rude and kept cutting us off as we were trying to order as well as charged for things we did not get. We finally got our food after a pretty long wait and when we got home the food was wrong. They charge extra for things they didn’t even put on the burger/subs. We went back to get a burger fixed at least and it took at least 15 minutes and when we finally got handed a bag nothing was said not a sorry or anything. When I picked up the burger it was lukewarm like it had been sitting out for a while so by the time we finally got a simple double cheeseburger (lukewarm) all the rest of the $50 worth of food we ordered was cold.

The subs are out of this world. The prices are low. There is no place to sit and eat.Parking: Getting out of the parking lot is somewhat difficult. It's before you get to a stop light at Pickwick on the Boulevard.
