Super busy and behind on orders due to short staff the time I was there. Food was not ready when expected. Place was packed with folks waiting on their orders. Some left for waiting too long and asked for refunds. I did not give this place a bad review because their food is really good. We have ordered there many times without complaints and I understand anywhere can have an off night. It's worth trying the pizzas and other things they offer as well.

Only 1 star bc I couldn't put 0. Placed a delivery order online. Was sent emails that it was being baked, that it was ready, that it was on its way. Called back after 30inutes was told had to wait more. Called back and they told me they didn't have the order at all. Waited 2 hours for nothing. When I called the woman kept having an attitude and refused to even attempt to help me. Worst customer service and attitudes ever.

I called Marco’s Pizza today to place an order, and before I could even say hello, Jessica answered and immediately hung up. When I called back, I politely said, “Hi Jessica, I’d like to place an order for pickup,” and her response was, “Go ahead with your order.” The interaction came across as very unprofessional and unwelcoming.
This is not the type of customer service that makes me feel comfortable ordering food. The way customers are treated verbally often reflects the overall care and standards of the location. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Marco’s Pizza to anyone looking for good customer service.

Ordered food online and made a slight adjustment to a pizza, simply asked for no mushrooms,It was an option through their website, and asked to sub black olives. What i got was a pizza with mushrooms. Im glad it's not an allergy but it ruined the pizza for me. Normally they are pretty good about it, but they are not answering the phone today either. So it's been 20 going on 30 minutes when I posted this.

Over an hour for my food. It was wrong. Recipt clearly says the correct thing. Then to get a refund im supposed to bring my DELIVERY order back to you to fix!!! If I had a way to get to you I dang sure wouldn't have ordered delivery!!!

Everytime I get my pizza, it is freshly made to my liking. I got kids and they all want something different and this location does all that on one pizza with no problem. Better than spending money on multiple pizzas! Staff, atmosphere, and service is top tier! When they say 15 mins, it’s 15 mins!

The sweet chili wings are amazing. We've gotten a meat lovers and most recently the chicken pineapple. Food is yummy and the service is very friendly. Not much of a wait either.
Thank you to Rachel and Team. I really appreciate you for going the extra mile for the mishap with my order. You were Apologetic & Concerned and that's all a consumer really needs. Initially I was annoyed but I am so thankful for the complimentary meal. My little girls had to wait a few extra minutes but that's ok.

Love the taste, flavorful crust, Marcos is easily the best pizza place however the last half a dozen times our orders have been absolutely soaked in grease to the point the dessert we ordered was swimming. The bottoms of the boxes have been nearly dripping and coats whatever they're set on. I get grease is going to happen when melting cheese but there has to be something missing in the normal process for it to be this bad.
