If I could give this no stars I would drive thru open till 2 it’s not even 1:30 I put in a mobile order MIND YOU IVE BEEN DRIVING FOR 12 hours!!!! GOING HOME FROM VACATION WITH 10 more to go!!!!! AND THERE NOT TAKING ANYMORE ORDERS???? Then maybe you should turn your lights off or turn off mobile ordering!!

The women bathroom was very dirty. The Service was poor. Quality of food was ok. But in a 6 piece nugget only had 5 in it. It wasn't worth going back in for it. We would've waited other 10 minutes.

Took my order incorrectly, did not know how to apply survey code. I had to go in to get the order straight to hear manager complaining I ordered incorrectly. Yes I ordered incorrectly so I would have to park and go in for 10 minutes to get the correct order. Training needed here!

VERY rude drive thru window woman! She does NOT like her job! She does NOT want to be there, and she lets you know that loud and clear. I miss the nice girl that used to tell me to have a good weekend every Friday. I go to Waffle House on Fridays now. I can't take any more of the dirty looks and rudeness from the rude woman who hates her job. Wrong Address. This review is for McDonald's on Bells Rd and Commerce Dr in Richmond.

I parked in an available parking space and saw a plugin. I asked if I could use it as I have before, and they said it was the owners and he may show up at anytime. I had already ordered so I was waiting for my food so I could unhook and go, and the employee got a call from the owner and became irate. They then called the Police and made a false report. I was live on Tik tok and captured the incident. Franchises still have to comply with McDonald's standards of service to fly the corporate flag, and this was terrible. I come here every day sometimes more than once. If 0 stars was an option I would pick it. This was ownership ego cascading down through his employees. Corporate shall be informed.
!! 0 STARS !! SHOULD BE THIS RATING Hands down the worst McDonald's in Virginia. I've lost count of how many times I've been to this location and my order was wrong. But today 5/17/25 around 10:30 am was the last time I will ever go to this location. I placed my family's breakt order in the drive thru and recieved half of my order and was asked to pull into a spot to wait on my 2- #3 combos. For 5 minutes I watched about 10 cars go through the drive thru and leave with thier orders. Another 5 minutes passes while the drive thru is empy and I still haven't got the rest of my food. So I go inside and ask about my 2 combos. There is a look of confusion on the faces of the workers and manager. I finally get my order and walk out to get back to my truck with my kids waiting.( the whole reason I went through the drive thru) I get down the road about 5 minutes and go to hand them thier food and discovered I only received 1 of my 2 bucsits I was waiting on but they did give me cookies as an apology. Forced to go back and take my kids inside. Without telling me anything they took my receipt. I waited almost another 10 minutes until the manager handed me my food that was sitting for the past 5 waiting for me to pick up but they never told me anything or gave me a order number. Get all the way home just to be short one hashbrown. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. THEY RARELY CAN GET AN ORDER CORRECT. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Arrived at this McDonald's late night after a long day of traveling to pick my daughter up from school. I wasn't able to use my coupon code from my app because a manager had to be the one to put the code in and after waiting almost 15 minutes for him to come I just ended up just paying full price. Then, I spent another 15 to 20 minutes waiting for them to figure out what I ordered after telling them over and over. They gave me a partial order and then wouldn't give me the rest because they couldn't find my receipt. When I asked for my receipt, they never gave me it. I was so tired I just took the food. I have not eaten at McDonald's in years, and tonight proved why. And to top it off, the food wasn't even good. I won't be going back here or back in my hometown. Oh and they had several cars waiting on orders that were messed up.
