Waited 20 minutes for sweet tea and still didn't get any had to get unsweetened tea cause I wasn't waiting any longer. My food was cold now. How do you not have a back up of sweet tea ready knowing its a popular drink. To me the employee's at this McDonald's don't care.

They pick and choose when they open and close, inside will be closed when it's supposed to be open with no sign indicating any reason why. Practically experts at forgetting items or getting them wrong. Have a few standout employees that are amazing, but most seem like they don't want to be there and do the bare minimum. And don't even bother trying to get rung up at the front register they ignore it like the plague. Would rather drive further to the McDonald's by southpark mall, they at least seem to have it together

This was by far the worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to in our lives! It was filthy in every area. No tables were clean, napkins were out, no TP in the ladies room, etc. There was no one at any register so we ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk would not allow you to pay there however so you had to go stand at the register anyway. Eventually, someone just happened by to make some change for the drive-through and I asked if I could pay for the meal which he accepted. When our meal came, the sandwiches were cold… Not just warm but actually cold. The fries were the only thing hot in the meal. There are plenty of McDonald’s before on the highway and after on the highway… Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

If I could give this no stars I would drive thru open till 2 it’s not even 1:30 I put in a mobile order MIND YOU IVE BEEN DRIVING FOR 12 hours!!!! GOING HOME FROM VACATION WITH 10 more to go!!!!! AND THERE NOT TAKING ANYMORE ORDERS???? Then maybe you should turn your lights off or turn off mobile ordering!!

The women bathroom was very dirty. The Service was poor. Quality of food was ok. But in a 6 piece nugget only had 5 in it. It wasn't worth going back in for it. We would've waited other 10 minutes.
