Ordered table service. Try NO service. Had to go to counter where my order sat unfinished, noone clld out my order #, I waited patiently while 1 seemingly clueless worker went back & forth, front to back, no urgency, no eye contact,no customer service skills, maybe his first week? IDK but there was at least 6-8 of us waiting to be helped. Finally i made eye contact with a young lady who asked me what I was waiting for only to be told one of the items I ordered was no longer available-ugh! Again, no sense of urgency, no apology for the wait or item, but finally got my completed order. Despite the wait our sandwhiches were tasty.

I don’t normally review fast food because we all know it’s junk, but what an absolute nightmare this joint is. Staff would rather play on their phones in the back than help the customers. After an ice age of waiting for service, our cold breakfast was promptly served incorrectly. Missing sandwiches, and iced coffee without the coffee, brought the receipt up to recover my missing garbage, and to Noones surprise, it was wrong… I took the loss, sat and ate my cold garbage and learned my lesson.

I haven't been to this location in a long time. The last drive thru order I had, a big Mac, which only had one patty. Today, I ordered 2 big Mac's & large fries. Upon arriving home, there were no fries and enough lettuce between the 2 sandwiches for a full size salad, 2 small pieces of pickle & the buns crumbled & fell to pieces. A receipt would've been nice. I already know that I was overcharged for that junk. Won't happen again!

Multiple orders have been not filled correctly. Such as asking for extra of something and they put none of whatever you asked extra for.

They suppose to open at 5am & I waited a whole hour for them to take order ..They basically steal a whole hour out of the shift
Gave them a try through Ubereats, against my better judgement. Bread is stale and not fresh. Ordered ONE combo with a large fries and they did not give me it. I know it wasn’t the driver as the bag was completely sealed by Mcdonalds with tape.
How do you forgot the fries from an order of only ONE Combo? Never again.

The food was alright but I wouldn't have too much about this promotional quarter pounder unless you really like mcdonalds barbecue sauce. The fries were great even though I wish I could get a fruit or something else instead of fries with everything.

It was snowing outside and very cold in the dining room. It was like a walk in Cooler. Asked for ranch and BBQ for the nuggets. Did not receive them. Had to go back up and ask. No ketchup offered for the Fry's I ordered. Nuggets were hot and so were the Fry's. They did ask if I was going to stay or go. I said for here. It all came in a bag. The only people who had a tray were the employees on break.
