Parking us then forgetting about us is crazy work. Go inside and the food just sitting there đŸ˜© lawd Jesus I don't know how they stay open. Always something when we come here

This place is consistently messing up orders, they are rude, and slow. Today, specifically, I ordered a sausage & egg McMuffin with cheese and one without EGG. The short, white or Hispanic female (not sure of her ethnicity)never greeted me at the window nor did she inform me of the time (I was sitting there about 10 minutes). When she came to the window to hand me my food, it was incorrect, so I told her what it was supposed to be (sausage McMuffin with cheese NO EGG),she looked at me strangely and asked if I just wanted cheese... Huh! She then takes the sandwich back and brings back a sausage McMuffin with cheese AND EGG. Simple orders are seemingly too complicated and it's annoying to customers. There are too many of the same reviews with the same issues, PLEASE FIX.

I am not a fan of fast food restaurants and refuse to eat out but I deliver to my customers in my spare time. My experience in this place has always been frustrating with long wait time also the atmosphere is full of unhappy people who are angry and inconsiderate.

INKED IN HORROR

Waited 20min to try and place an order and all they kept saying was ill be with you in a min, you can hear them just talking away like they dont wanna take anyones order. Complete waste of time! Now i see why its such a low review place i should have known better.

Came in at 10pm, restaurant doesn't close until 12pm. Half the menu wasn't available. Ordered 2 sandwiches, got 1 then waited for 25 minutes for the other only for a worker to come out and say they couldn't get the fryer to work.

Waited in line 15 plus minutes. Ordered the double cheeseburger VALUE MEAL. Only charged for a double cheeseburger and a fry. No nuggets. I asked at the window for them and apparently the girl who took my order who already seemed unsure of what she was doing anyways messed my order up. Will not be coming back here. The one in Prince George near tractor supply is MUCH BETTER.

 Website and Google say they open at 5am.

Edit: I shared my feedback with corporate, and this was the canned response: “As independent business owners, franchisees make the ultimate operating decisions, including the adherence of hours—some stores may be closed even during posted business hours—while taking our recommendations into consideration.” đŸ€š

I can in and ordered 2 $5 meals I didn’t receive nuggets for either of the meals, I order a Caramel Macchiato with one and was only told after I ordered that it was not available, I was asked three times if I wanted something else and every time I said, they told me it was not available, so I asked for a refund and had to wait ten minutes to be told I needed to wait longer. Service was terrible and long, so bad that one of the employees gave me a side eye and questioned why I wanted a refund, fries were cold and soggy and the ketchup and mustard that was supposed to be on my McDoubles had to have run away. Horrible customer service and horrible food quality.
