Ordered in the McDonald's mobile app but they would not fill order and indicated they closed at 10pm and were only filling door dash orders even though hours state they are open until midnight. They couldn't be bothered to update hours or mobile order status to indicate they weren't accepting orders.

The employees here are not trained in customer service. When asked about items that were forgotten from the order no response was given and though lunch literally had just started since when first arriving lunch wouldn’t start being served until 11 so after waiting the 12 minutes, the food was still cold. McDonald’s employees want top tier pay with no effort in actually committing to the service industry they have chosen to place themselves in. These stores steal money from customers all of the time “forgetting” items and acting like it doesn’t matter what they poorly executed their job and something needs to be done about the lack of accountability for these people. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location to anyone looking for halfway decent service from the restaurant they are choosing to give their patronage to.

Would give 0 stars. I placed a mobile order which required pre pay. Gave my code about 2 minutes after pulling into the drive through. Afterwards, I sat for 20 minutes in 1 spot. The cars in front of me and in back of me all pulled off. I couldn’t since I had already paid. When they got to the window I let them know everyone had pulled off and the person and the window didn’t care. All I had was a 4 pc happy meal. Something told me to check the box before I left the window and it was a burger. This place is run by a bunch of young people joking and socializing that don’t care about customer service, time management, or order accuracy

Everything was dirty. The kiosks, the tables, food all over the floors and counters, overflowing trash cans. Stood inside for over 30 minutes waiting for our food and then they got the order wrong and gave us someone else's food. They are only taking to go orders here even inside.

Waited an hour today for food ordered with the in-store kiosk, which wouldn't take payment and required a visit to the counter. The restaurant is filthy, the restrooms are horrible. Only 1 working stall in the ladies room, and it was disgusting. Our food order was incomplete, which is not unusual for this location. Staff don't seem to be bothered that customers are waiting so long or that errors are happening. Several customers were waiting as long as my family. Completely unacceptable cleanliness and service during the lunch rush on a Saturday. Management for this location should be appalled and take immediate action.
The worst and most miserable McDonald's, besides the fact that it took them an hour to bring me food, they didn't even have straws for the drinks I ordered!! plus the fact that the employees have no common sense, they are very rude!!! from me -0 stars

DisGUSTING. Food came out fast but it was cold and hard. Toilet seat on the floor, no soap, no hygiene. Trash everywhere. 3 cop cars nearby speak volumes. Avoid this area.
