Slow slow slow. Ordered two drinks and you would think they were making it from scratch.Update 4/13... Still slow! Manager outside on the phone laughing and giggling while there's people sitting and waiting on the drive through for an unreasonable amount of time. Fix your people, this used to be a good one.

Why have the mobile app option if my food is NEVER ready when I pick it up it takes 25 mins + to get it the reason for mobile orders is for it to be ready when I get there correct ?

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever came across. I purchased a Carmel Ice Coffee they coffee was not prepared properly NOR was their ice in the coffee. I kindly took it back and the on call manager had the nerves to tell me I could go to the fountain and put ice in it. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND I DON’T ADVISE ANYONE ELSE !

This McDonald’s is aweful. The staff is rude, and the lobby is disgusting. The drink area had incurred a spill at some point before we arrived, and they just left it and stuck a sign in it that said wet floor. It took 30 minutes to get 4 little double cheeseburgers. During our visit, no one ever cleaned up the disaster at the drink station. The napkin containers were all open and napkins were all over the place. This place just doesn’t care at all, and it shows.

And I ordered 3 ice carmal mocha then they Saíd When I already paid that they dont have it or whatever this is the worst place ever. I would give it no stars but I have no choice.

Slowest McDonald in all Virgnia. And is not a one time thing. Everytime i go they take up to 20 mins to make a big mac, they lose your orders and give you wrong food. Overall a mess.

The young gentleman that works in the morning at the front register is the absolute best! He always greets you with a smile, very polite, and he always makes my day! The ladies cooking and serving the food are really kind and quick in the mornings. Honestly, my food was ready before I was done paying for it! ??? Love starting my day off with these amazing people... it really sets the mood for your whole day and ba da da da daaaa Im lovin it! Im so happy this location finally found some GREAT workers with a positive attitude that actually want to work and keep this location clean, running smoothly, quick service, and they have respect for the customers. What more could you ask for?!? So i just want to say THANKYOU FOR THE POSITIVE VIBES THIS MORNING, THE YUMMY HOT FOOD, AND THANKYOU FOR MAKING ME SMILE! Vegetarian options: Salads are good and the fries are always so yummy ?Parking: Plenty of parking bc you can always park in the mall shopping lot and walk across the street. So plenty parking especially if you have a truck & trailer and easy to get into and out of the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: The kid's love the happy meals and so do I.. you can't beat a meal with a toy for $5. I'm happy they are eating cheeseburgers and apple slices and they are happy about the fries and toys!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair accessibility is easy here... plenty room, parking, sitting area, and the bathrooms could fit my gmas wheelchair too. ?

Very long wait round 2pm not many cars no onions on my hamburger again & 1 pickle. Guess they getting cheap & price getting higher. Its ashame. I can go to better places. They used to be good. DON'T know what happened to them
