In drive though waited 15 minutes to get my food. My order was taken wrong. They forgot my 2 orders of nuggets, one of my sandwiches was made wrong. No sauce in my bag. When I went in waited 5 additional minutes for service there were only 3 other customers in the restaurant. After addressing my issues had to wait 5 more minutes for them to remake the food. The man taking the drive through orders was rude. I am very disappointed in this location.

Food was honestly mid and didn’t really hit the spot this time. We ordered two fish meals, a frappe, and two kids’ meals with apple juice. The kids did enjoy the surprise toys, which was a nice touch for my nephews.
The place was pretty busy, which might explain the service. The lady at the front was nice overall, but she came off a bit rude at moments or maybe she was just extra tired. Not a terrible experience, but not a memorable one either.
Note: Roughly an hour or two later, we made an unexpected gas station stop, turns out that fish sandwich made a very quick exit.

This is nitpicky i know, but communications and expectations matter.
We ordered at the kiosk and it said to take the number to the table and they would bring our food to us. 4 min later they are yelling our name from the counter.
We then realized we under ordered and put in a table side order. Again it said they would bring it to us and again it was waiting at the counter.
Nitpicky, yes! But if you aren't going to do what you say, change what you tell customers to expect.
Aside from this the service and food was as expected.

My son and I were excited to order the new pink whip cream with our shakes!! The drinks were tasty 😋 however the presentation was fairly off. The restaurant was out of dome tops 😕 so we didn't get to enjoy the festivities 😒 no need to take a picture.
