My fiancée lived in Richmond for several years (we live near Pittsburgh now), and on more than one occasion she told me about Mi Rodeo. She especially talked up the queso. She was absolutely right. The queso is amazing. And the food we ordered was equally delicious and ample. The owner Efraim is a very friendly, approachable person and a joy to speak with. If you're in the area, definitely head to Mi Rodeo.
