We haven’t had service like this in years. Really very impressed with the young lady that explained the menu so thoroughly and answered all our questions with a smile. The food was great but it was really Tamia’s demeanor that wowed us.

Customer service was exceptional. Food was not. I ordered chicken wings, and they were undercooked and bloody. I returned them to the kitchen and received another undercooked bloody chicken order.

Staff is great, service is great, food is great. Dare I say better service than the almighty chic fil a!!!!? We came in with my mother (picky) and she had an issue with her food being spicy. Staff came back with a sampler of all the meats to find something she liked. Nobody does that these days! Great job, team. As a small business owner myself it’s always awesome to see employees go out of their way to make sure the experience is top notch! 10 stars :-)

Wow! I was definitely impressed by the very attentive service from everyone in Mission BBQ. The food was great and we tried several different sides, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Cheesy Potatoes, Coleslaw, Green Beans, and Macaroni and Cheese. All of them were great. The portions were good sized and everything was fresh and served at the correct temperature. We will definitely return.
