Disappointed!! I'm not sure what the "beef" is but it definitely doesn't taste like beef. Not sure why "beef" and steak isn't the same smh Also, very oily! Disgustinggggh!!!

Today 08/12/2024 my bonus daughter accidentally left her shoes she just purchased from the mall at the counter of Nori Japan. Once realized we quickly went back to ask did they take the shoes that were left on their counter (asumming they would have placed them behind the counter like any normal worker would) and they laughed at her and said they did not have the shoes. I then went to Nori Japan to ask about her shoes being left in front of the register and the main cook and a young boy both laughed at me and said they did not have the shoes. I then went to security (who was no help at all) which led me to go back to Nori Japan again myself. Once I approached them they said “oh I have something for you” and gave my bonus daughter her shoes. I looked them dead in the face and said you just lied to my face. I opened the box and I see that they had opened the box and took the shoes out because they were placed upright in the box instead of sideway when you purchase the shoes. I was upset because they really were about to steal her shoes after they knew we accidentally left her shoes and lied to us in our face saying they did not have the shoes. Now I can’t trust them because they are willing to steal from a child, so no telling what they will do to my food. Hard pass!

I am highly disappointed with Nori Japan. My daughter accidentally left sneakers on their counter, and to my surprise my daughters sneakers were taken by the staff. When confronted they attempted to lie advising that they do not have any shoes. It wasn't until a number of attempts did they confess to having the shoes. I will never trust this place with my business again. Eat here at your own risk. Shame on you for trying to steal from a high school student.

Young boy at counter was rude and did not relay my order correctly to server preparing the food, even though he charged me for extra . I didn’t receive what I paid for I.e. extra chicken and when I inquired he lied and told me that the order was correct. Server said he could only make what he was told pointing to cashier. No manager on site. No one except cashier spoke English. I will not be going back

The fried rice is not freshly fried, and none of the side dishes are very greasy. The salmon tastes okay and the amount added is very small. Very not worth $21
Ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki which was great. Everything is made to order so it's definitely hot when you get it. I just wish they gave you more vegetables with it because they taste good too lol. It's inside the mall so the hours are a little different.
