Young boy at counter was rude and did not relay my order correctly to server preparing the food, even though he charged me for extra . I didn’t receive what I paid for I.e. extra chicken and when I inquired he lied and told me that the order was correct. Server said he could only make what he was told pointing to cashier. No manager on site. No one except cashier spoke English. I will not be going back

The fried rice is not freshly fried, and none of the side dishes are very greasy. The salmon tastes okay and the amount added is very small. Very not worth $21

Honestly I have been looking for a good mall chicken teriyaki spot. And this place hits! We got it with noodles and veggies and devoured everything. Exactly what I was looking for.

Ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki which was great. Everything is made to order so it's definitely hot when you get it. I just wish they gave you more vegetables with it because they taste good too lol. It's inside the mall so the hours are a little different.Parking: Mall parkingWheelchair accessibility: Mall parking lot so plenty of spaces

The food was really good, and $13 for the salmon teriyaki isn't bad, given that I saved half of it for later. Definitely would recommend ?

Maybe worse than Panda, heavily oiled and low quality meats. I guess it would be good if your looking for something fast at a low price.

I'm going to start by saying I live pretty close so I come here at least once a week. Last week I place an order for beef hibachi with fried rice, when I get home I had white rice. I called and was told they will write my name down so, next time I come they'll just give me fried rice no charge. So today I go order chicken and beef the lady asked me if I wanted fried rice I expressed to her, I was told my name would be written down to get fried rice without the up charge. At first it was 12 something , I gave her my card and noticed my receipt say 13.57. So I asked the lady why did it go up? she said because, I charged you for fried rice, Maybe we can give it to you for free next time. one how do you choose to charge me for fried rice without expressing that to me first and let me choose on what I want to pay for. Also how can you ensure you're going to give it to me for free next time, when you couldn't even honor it this time. Just imagine how many times they have done this to people- charge without noticed. ...Please Beware. Also she never check to see if my name was written down.

Was passing through and needed something fairly quick and hopefully good to eat. Thankfully this actually was good! Tastes good and pretty good portion sizes (and I like to eat). I got the chicken and shrimp teriyaki with fried rice veggies and some yum yum sauce. Would definitely come back if passing through that side of town.

I have been ordering takeout food from this establishment on a regular basis for the last year and up until today the food was excellent and the service prompt. We always order the chicken teriyaki with fried rice and did the same tonight. But, unlike other times, the driver took forever to deliver our food tonight and naturally the food was cold too! The chicken teriyaki did not taste the way it usually does, it actually had no taste whatsoever. My wife would not eat it and heated up some leftovers from last night. I ate some of it, but I am now getting a belly ache and my stomach is rumbling. I hope this isn't a bad sign of bad times.I contacted the driver and he said I needed to call the restaurant and a dude that appeared to be the owner and started arguing with me. I told him the food didn't taste right and owner kept screaming that it's what I ordered. Since it was obvious that the owner wasn't interested in listening to the customer. I finally hung up and decided to share our experience with y'all.I know that we will not be ordering from Nori again and we could not recommend that anybody else patronize this establishment either!

I stopped at the mall where this restaurant is housed while traveling. This mall's food court leaves much to be desired (except for the ever popular Chick-fil-a which had a super long line). We were short on time so my kids and I decided to try out this place. I love Hibachi, but unfortunately cannot recommend this spot. The environment itself was not the most calming, but that is an issue with this mall, in my view. The food was just meh and this is the first Hibachi place I've tried EVER that didn't just include Yum Yum sauce (90 cents for 1 small container). I was underwhelmed with my shrimp, fried rice and noodles.

First let’s say if I can give this place 0 stars I would then about the Customer service the old lady in the front had a attitude and then I wanted half fried rice half white rice it was too complicated for them to understand then she charges $32.67 for 2 plates and I asked her about why it was so expensive when there was a difference price on the menu and she told me to go to McDonald’s if I wanted cheaper and then I grabbed a few napkins and the guy was complaining that it was to many when it was only 4 napkins the food was cold and stale I wouldn’t recommend to eat here if we were in a apocalypse and there was no where else to eat I am HIGHLY DISGUSTED with this place.
