We had a great meal starting with the blooming onion and then on to a sirloin dinner which was more than we could eat. The service was great, the food was great and we enjoyed every minute.

Their food is always perfect and the people don’t even give you the time to check in before they’re already outside with your food from identifying your vehicle. They always smile then have something nice to say to you so I really love going there.

Rallying good food. Quick seating eventhough crowded. And even though it was crowded it was talkable with ease. Prices for a little bit High but nice for a night out

Overall we were there for about two hours in total. Everything came out slowly but everything was fresh. The service was wonderful, and the manager was wonderful. We didn’t complain about how slow we received our food because we knew it was busy but they took it upon themselves to apologize and give us a free appetizer for the next time. Them being apologetic and aware of everything made me want to come back for a next time. Food was also perfect.

Let me just say this, Roger you need to look at the people you hire. Tonight I ordered an Alice Springs Chicken and like always they forget the Honey Mustard…..like how? It’s apart of the dish. When I called to say my order didn’t have it, KATY(who said she was the manager) said to call DoorDash. I said ‘DoorDash did what they supposed to have done. It was you guys. She placed me on hold for over 5 minutes and came back with another person on the phone who said she was a manager. I asked when will Roger be in and she placed me on hold for another 4-5 minutes until I decided to hang up. I WILL BE SPEAKING WITH HIM BECAUSE IM TIRED OF THE RUDENESS. It’s now not even about the Honey Mustard it’s about being courteous and polite when doing your job. What am I supposed to do with this dry chicken with no sauce. I tried to call back but I’m thinking they have caller ID because no one is picking up. I will be coming through and I will get this taken care of. DON’T IMPERSONATE A MANAGER IF YOUR NOT ONE. INTEGRITY IS A MUST!!!!!

I ordered curbside, received text food was ready for pickup , I drive 20 minutes once I received text order was ready left a nice tip.

i pulled up cars waiting, I see workers coming in and out the door, all I remember is a worker maybe in a cook shirt that dirty after almost 20 minutes, no one food was brought out to any one waiting before i got there . One customer pulled off and left, I will never prepay again.

I go inside followed by another curbside customer.
After I go in the “take out door” , my food sitting on shelf with a bunch of other bags sitting on shelf getting cold and soggy.

Get home food so salty couldn’t even eat it.

What a waste of time and money, one again I won’t ever prepay for food again so I can just pull off and leave.

I have been to Outback many times before, but today was the worst.

As someone that manages a restaurant, I’ve never written a poor review about another restaurant because I look at them often and know how my restaurant views them. The food was great, hot and exactly what we ordered. The service was awful. I’m not going to name the server because I don’t think it was entirely her fault. There wasn’t one moment where she seemed like she wanted to be there (I totally get it, but fake it until you make it sis). She had 7 tables at one point and everyone in the section always looked like they needed something. We saw her 3 times in the 1.5 hours we were there, maybe 4. Asked her to split our check, waited about 15 minutes and then I ended up paying because she was standing near the back just talking to another server. It really seemed as if she couldn’t handle the section she was in, and it didn’t help that there was no manager presence in the area we were in during our visit to give her a hand or check on the tables. Hire more staff or help the ones you do have please, doing otherwise is a doing your staff a disservice and makes you lose good people.
