Great steak for the price. Service somewhat rushed.
Our waiter is great, even when people call in
Left here 12 hours ago. My son ordered the cheese burgers and fries. 12 hours later my son is throwing up. As my son layer his cheese burger down after biting it a few times, the burger was completely raw. I told my son to stop eating and we left. If the owners are looking at this, question all workers that were there between 5 to 630 pm on 5/15/2025 and ask why are they serving children raw food. Despicable restaurant.
I NEVER get my caramel mustard for the caramel mustard chops when ordered via Uber Eats or DoorDash. This is the fault of Outback. On top of that the delivery driver was super-late so that was irritating, as well. Please DO BETTER with this because we do love the food.

Steak was a little thin but good.
Our server Manuela was phenomenal! (im sure i spelled her name wrong) i love when servers interact and talk with my baby and my sweet baby looovedd Manuela! She was the sweetest and super attentive! Thank you for a great lunch !! French onion soup always amazing, outback ranch 100/10 texas roadhouse can’t compare 😎 my bf loved the garlic parm bites! everything was very hot and fresh! 10000/10 experience!

3 stars bc the waitress was good, I can't understand how a steakhouse can't properly cook a steak....I'm at a loss for words........?

The burger was kinda thin, and it tasted okay. The baked sweet potato was too sugary and buttery for me. I take it they must have just started using tablet's to take orders because that's the way our server sounded.
Food was great, our waitress Jackie was awesome.
I worked there for several years right after the Colonial Heights location opened. I still love it all! I have yet to find a place that makes better cheeses fries, coconut shrimp, or potato soup. Can't comment on desserts bc I'm not a dessert person so haven't had them since I stopped working there.
Waited two hours before food was served asked for Alfredo sauce several times and never got any horrible service first and last time here for me
The food was so good. The wings were my favorite! The seasoning was top notch. 🫰🏾
