I tried your new fried chicken and sirloin meal..My stake was cooked correctly but it was tougher than it should have been for sirloin steak..When it said fried Chicken I didn't think it was just going to be a piece of breast fried..I was disappointed with my meal completely..Wife got the filet mignon hers

Excellent service and food 2as prepared well and tasty. Chairs were a bit rickety and I was worried it may collapse. Tried a couple other chairs, but they were all very loose and shaky. Good food and service, but fix your chairs before someone is hurt by a collapsing chair.

Went in and was offered to sit at the bar - sat there and was walked past by2 waitresses who checked on everyone but myself and my son, waited 10 more minutes still wasn’t acknowledged area wasn’t cleaned from previous patrons, not a hey, we’re busy, nothing. I will never go give my money to this place again.

I attempted several times tonight to make a curbside order. I was sent to that extension on the first call 2 times with no answer. I called again and was transferred 4 times still with no answer. This is totally ridiculous. ? I just spent $66 dollars in there last evening with my girlfriends. After church I wanted some wings. I will have to find another place to dine.
Overall the food and service were good. The waiter was pleasant and polite. The blooming onion was cooked well and tasted nice. In the two entrees ordered the chicken was somewhat dry due to being overcooked. The steak was ordered medium and was overcooked plus a good quarter of it was fat. The taste was there. The cooking needed work.

I had a wonderful experience at Outback thanks to our server, Gigi! She was very kind, personable and knowledgeable about the drink options on the menu. She checked on us several times throughout our dinner service and gave a pleasant smile whenever she came to the table. I wish I could have great service like that each time that I visit a restaurant.
