I placed an order through the Panera app, thinking that would eliminate the chance for mistakes since I entered everything myself with no special requests. I ordered my usual “You Pick Two” — a turkey and cheddar sandwich with a side salad. I drove 15 minutes from work to pick it up, only to return to my office and find that my sandwich had no turkey in it.
This is extremely frustrating because “turkey” is literally in the name of the sandwich. I double-checked my receipt and online order just to make sure I hadn’t mis-clicked, but I ordered it exactly as listed. There was no customization, no special instructions — just the standard sandwich.
Driving that far, spending the time and gas money, only to get back to my desk and realize I essentially paid for a cheese sandwich, feels like a complete waste. Mistakes happen, but this one makes no sense and shows a lack of care. At this point, I’d like a full refund, because I shouldn’t have to pay for food that isn’t prepared correctly — especially when the main ingredient is missing.
This location really needs to tighten up its quality control.

Used to work here but still came in on my off days when I could to get a good ol’ Tomato soup with my little baguette to dip in it. Also, I absolutely recommend our summertime item called the Strawberry poppyseed salad. I was hesitant at first cause I’m a picky eater, but I’ve come to absolutely love it. Just without the nuts due to personal preference. The frozen strawberry lemonade is super tasty as well. Wish I had one in Honolulu. I miss my souls and salad.

Food is good, when they get the order right, service isn’t to paneras normal standard, would not go back to this location unless i ordered prior to going and then I would still have to double check and hope they did a decent job. And don’t even think about going through the drive thru, unless you have about half an hour or more to waist, even if its just a sandwich and a drink.

Everytime I come here my order gets messed up somehow, its obvious the workers don't care bc how do you sign your name on a receipt saying its been checked over when it is missing the main ingredient in a STRAWBERRY poppy seed chicken salad & strawberries were in stock bc I went back in and asked. Also didnt want to give me the baguette but what im assuming was the manager fixed that and took one that was out for tomorrow even though i asked for sliced I didnt say anything and was just greatful I got it at this point. Just frustrating bc I love the food when its done right.
I ordered ahead, received the notification that my food was ready, and say there staring at it for 15 minutes before I had to be rude and ask someone to hand it to me from over the counter. Thanks for the cold soup and sandwich.

Great service and the food is always hot and ready. I came in for a to go order but stayed to enjoy the tomato soup with a side of baguette and the light roast coffee. Plenty of open tables and no wait time.
