Waited in drive thru for over an hour, food was paid for online, got cursed at by all the staff including the manager, didn't give me all my order had to go back just to be talked to like I was trash. Spent 100.00 on pizza. The food was great the service and hospitality was very poor and unsatisfactory. Needless to say I will not go back to this location. Reached out to customer service got an email back and it said they would be in touch within 3 days. It's been over 2 weeks and still nothing. I guess it doesn't pay to contact corporate, that's why I'm leaving this here. Also reaching out to the BBB. Thanks

Food was great service was not. Had to call twice. The first time they answered and I all I heard was cussing about other employees. The second time I called placed order, went to pick up my food and the employee at the window seem.to have a nasty attitude. Will not go back to this pizza hut

I originally left one star.... I called, and a girl took my order and told me it will be 20 / 25 minutes. I wait and drive and the guy tells me no order was placed! I had to wait another 15 minutes. A brother was starving. I got home pissed. Opened the box and took a bite and was speechless. Freshest pizza i gave ever had from them.

Lady? With pink hair at the window practical threw my wings in the bag ( causing the sauce to leak out ) took 8 minutes ( 12 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready) and making eye contact with 2 employees before someone greeted me. Of course each employee had cellphones in hand. Terrible management or training?

I did an online order for the Large Meatlover’s pizza special with added onions and green peppers with the pan crust, which cost extra. When I arrived home that was 25mins away, I realized that it was the hand tossed crust(which I don’t like) and the crust was a very very light color. Super strange being that I asked them to cook a couple minutes longer to get rid of that uncooked dough taste. Not the normal pizza at all! Totally disappointed! Called back to the store and was told that the cook was new and I could bring the whole pizza back with the receipt and they would remake it. I live 25mins away and stopped by after work, so the last thing I wanted to do was to go back out to exchange a nasty pizza! Only thing that I got was, I’m sorry.!No other resolution for this. I will never go back to this location. I chose this location, bypassing the Chester location where I was because I received good pizza in the past. Guess this is why you shouldn't waist your money eating out! This is the WORST pizza I’ve ever had!!!
Horrible experience, if you are seeing their rating is at a 3.2 it is clearly for a reason. I can not speak on the entire staff at this location but Cierra is a nasty, entitled person. I highly recommend no one buying from this location, take your business elsewhere.

I had a doordash order here the lobby was closed, had to use drive thru the associate told me it was still being prepared pull up. After waiting 15 minutes I called she left me on hold for 5 minutes then got nasty and told me to come around. When I got to the window I told her I understand she's short staffed but she didn't tell me to come back around she told me to pull up. Again very nasty she said oh I didn't know I had to tell you to pull back around and slammed the window in my face. Again I get be short staffed but taking it out on other people isn't acceptable or was she professional if I wasn't doordashing I would of cancelled the order immediately.keep in mind we are timed and penelized as dashers if it's not received and the designed time so I had to apologize and keep in contact with my customer due to late nasty service
