Ordered delivery today at 4:46pm. At 5:30 called inquiring where my order was at. Said it was still at store and would be sending it out in 10 minutes. Call back 30 minutes later my order was still in the store. Ask to speak to the manager she would not come to the phone but relayed a message to her front desk person. Inform me that there was nothing that she could do and she couldn't refund me. The manager here is very unprofessional and delivery is slow. Still haven't gotten a refund or my order.

Horrible experience. Took forever to get here. Wasn’t warm at all, crust was hard as a rock, icing on the cinnamon rolls wasn’t melted. Do better.

Hubby and I ordered the heart shaped pizza and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. Took an hour to get here… the pizza tracker said it was dropped off at 7:13 but we didn’t get it until 7:21. When it finally arrived it was no longer warm, the crust was hard as a rock - overcooked. The icing on the Cinnabon rolls wasn’t even melted… horrible experience… do better Pizza Hut Colonial Heights.

Pizza was fine, the lady there was just EXTREMELY RUDE to me. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. She got an attitude with me after I asked one question about a discount. She then proceeded to close the drive thru window in my face, mid-question, and called her boss to ask him. I wasn’t trying to debate the legitimacy of the discount, I was just trying to understand but it’s okay, I won’t be going back there ever again. The receipt says her name was Krystea.

I had a terrible experience with this Pizza Hut location. I am from out of state and received my food drenched in buffalo sauce and pizza under cooked. I called back requesting for a refund, and the store manager was very nasty towards me and rude. I am highly upset with this experience. I will never order back from this location if I come back into town here again! Very unprofessional and even hung up in my face. As a store manager myself, she has terrible customer service.

I usually just get cheese pizza but today I decided to order double pepperoni, which was way overcooked and did not taste good at all. I was told that I had to come back to the store for an exchange because of their new policy. They don’t refund or give a credit unless they have the pizza back. I live 20 minutes away and it was raining so I didn’t want to drive back in rain to exchange the pizza.I didn’t notice how bad the pizza was until I got home. I have ordered there several times before never had an issue. I will never eat at this Pizza Hut again.

During delivery they always take a very long time and one time they delivered at my neighbors house They change the delivery time every chance they get
Biggest joke ever! Ordered food for delivery. Text claiming it was delivered. Nope! Drive to the local carry out where they offer to remake my order. Get home and half the order is wrong!! The melts were overcooked as were the bread sticks. The double order of bread sticks were in 2 huge pieces, not even sliced. This place is one big mess!!
I pick up DD orders here all of the time. The staff are the absolute best! If your order will take a min. They notify you every step up the way. They are very polite, and the customers who order from here tip very good, lol.
