THIS IS THE WORSTTTTTTTT PRETZEL MAKER I’ve ever been to in my life. They have horrible customer service. The workers are very nasty & need to be fired!!!!!!!! I will never spend any money with them again. They need to get out of Southpark mall for good! Kat has a horrible attitude & should definitely be fired!
Ordered the hot dog pretzels today, December 26th. The cup wasn't filled all the way, we paid almost $8 for this half full cup. We didn't notice until we made it to the car and my daughter was so upset! What is this?!?! We should of just went the Auntie Anne's like we always do but thought we'd swing by here since it was on the way out. Big mistake!
Cheese sauce watered downed. Guy waiting on my son was rushing him to order and was charging him $15 for large box of bites…. Not worth the price …
If I could I would give a zero the pretzels were good but the service was bad they were on there phones and took over 15 minutes to get are the gole

Love this place, it's hard to visit the mall and not make a stop for pretzels.
The pretzels are soft and good. I was very surprised to find out they make smoothies too. Try the pomegranate one, it is the best.

Love large pretzels, but not these. They are greasy. Fries have less grease. If you like grease all over your fingers and eating all that grease, then this is the place for you. I won't be buying anything from them again!
