Took my husband there to enjoy a meal for his birthday. His baked potato was cold and my food was lukewarm. Manager gave a discount but looked as if I was trying to scheme. He needs to go back and get some customer service skills. They also need to dust in there. I will never visit that location again.

Courteous staff but slow service. Waitress forgot my husband's beer and didn't get our order right. By the time it was ready, we were ready to leave.
I've never had a problem at this Red Lobster. It's a great restaurant- get the Shrimp scampi!!
The service was ok, but I had to chase a roach off the wall and table. Will not be going back here.
Employees are mostly rude. And a long wait. Was told 30 minutes waited well over an hour
