The hostess was rude. Didn't tell the waitress we were seated. The server was very nice.
Wheelchair accessibility: The wheel chair accessibility was fine, but a delivery truck blocked most of the handicap spaces.
My husband and I walked in, no one at the hostesses desk. One lady seen us she didn't speak. A different lady seen us walked passed us to go outside and didn't say excuse me, hello, someone will be with you, nothing. A girl and a guy came out the kitchen looked at us didn't acknowledge us. The girl that walked passed us she came back still didn't say anything to us. We left. Just imagine if we stayed and ordered food imagine how bad that will be. 1st impression is everything. And it won't nobody in there what made it worse.

Seated quickly, asked for ? and 1 hour later received one basket. Manager is helping cook meals in kitchen.. critically under-staffed . Ordered the southern tails: grits runny, lobsters rubbery. Asked for the Manager several times and yet the manager hasn't responded to customer requests.. I think its a horrible atmosphere for the servers who need their orders fulfilled, to have to tell their boss to hurry up or manager /cook. Talk about how that manager is not supervising how that paycheck is satisfying to him/her.

When walking in there was no one waiting to seat us. Finally After a few minutes we got seated also we noticed how dirty the table was. There was maybe six other customers there. After about ten minutes we got to order our drinks and food, then another 30 minutes later we received our shrimp without sides which then slid off the plate onto my lap when she was putting it on the table. My husbands food was cold as well. After the waitress came back to clean up the mess she said she will put our order in again we told her not to worry about it that we weren’t waiting that long again. We were told she would get a manager who never came but she brought a receipt for our drinks and asked us to come to the bar to pay. When arriving at the bar there was other people waiting to speak to a manager that would not even come out the back to make any of this right. I sure hope they get their crap together soon before they shut this place down.

Food was really good I was suved by a wonderful woman name jasmine she made me feel at home she asks me did I need anything she was nice and made me feel comfortable. thank you so much ms jasmine I will come again
Food was good. Service was amazing tho. Had joey as my server and he did a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed and always came back to check on us pretty frequently. He is the main reason I will be back to this location. That man needs a raise. Keep up the good work.
