3/8/24: Omg where do I start? Placed a rapid curbside pickup order, the email said pickup was at 6:41pm and the parking lot sign said call to let them know when I arrived. I did and the hostess said she’d let them know. 30 minutes go by and no food so I go inside. It’s being ignored for a full 8 minutes then asked the name for the order by a staff member, then she just disappeared. She didn’t come back to give an update or estimated wait time. Just ghost! Another man is sitting at the bar waiting for his biscuits which he was told he’d have 20 minutes ago. When he told the waitress it’s been 20 minutes she got smart with him. At this point I just wanted a refund & to leave because I’ve now been waiting 50 minutes, standing for 20mins. The hostess is glued to her phone but she goes to check on my food and it now is ready. I got back in my car at 7:42. I waited a full hour for cold food. They weren’t even packed so I don’t understand the hour wait. Several people left without ordering for not being acknowledged and standing forever. Idk what’s going on here but they need to fix it. A complete waste of my time, especially since I live 35 minutes away. I’ll never place a to-go order here anymore. EVER!

The food, the atmosphere, and the service were wonderful. Kaylen (the waitress) had me go for her favorite meal and I sure liked it. My food was literally ready in about 5 minutes after I sat. I sure enjoyed eating there and will definitely go back.

The food is not good at all. Macroniehard shrimp was hard.ask for Manger, it never came out. Feb 27th 730pm. Did have broccoli there's potato was not done. Payone a hundred 83 dollars a lot of lot money. I think my family needed a gift card or make fresh let us eat all over.

Very disappointed about the service we experience after deciding to come to red lobster instead of Longhorn.. First we get hard cheddar biscuit with no saucer or silver ware. After 15 minutes our food was deliver. We thought ..My fiancé got his entree ..fried flounder and slaw except his fries. Waitress was about to give me a full entree that was not what I order. She took it back. Came back out to table to tell me my entree would be up shortly . That’s when I asked for silver wares. And then he got his hot fries. Told my fiancé to please eat before his fish gets cold. After 15 minutes my lobster tail entree comes out. Furiously is an understatement. Politely advised her that I didn’t want it at this time bc he was about finished. Just bring us the check for his bill. After that she wanted to know if I wanted to put it in a to go tray..more furious…still politely answer her no. Just give us the bill. Waitress came back out and said manager is taking care of both meals since it was her fault for the mistake and gave me a carry out tray. Never again. A first time experience for my fiancé and a last time for both of us..

I and 4 others visited this Red Lobster on a Wednesday. First, it took the hostess 12 minutes to greet our party. Then she waited on another party before me, stating she thought I was with that party. I was told it would be a 20-minute wait. 25 minutes later, when I asked again, she stated that people were in their cars waiting to be seated. At that point she went on to tell me that she only had one waiter and one cook, which should have been told to me initially so that I could make a decision to stay or go elsewhere rather than waste my time. In my party were two elderly ladies that needed to eat, but instead, our time was wasted. The hostess was on her cell phone, laughing and giggling while we sat there, distraught waiting on a table. I made the decision to go to Captain Tom's seafood, which greeted our party in a friendly manner, and our business appreciated. I will NOT visit Red Lobster again!

If I could give them negative stars I would I would not recommend this place at all horrible horrible customer service even when slow and no one else is there waiting on food the servers and the back area do nothing but joke around and play around as if they're outside and not in a restaurant working atmosphere.

I ordered delivery and had several items missing from my order I called the store and someone picked up the phone then put me on hold and never picked the phone back up I highly recommend going to a different red

I'm not even sure how this location is still open! Our party of 5 got to red lobster at 12:45, and I waited 5 minutes jusylt to tell them how many people we had in our party, when the hostess came she let us know they only had two waitresses but we should be seated in 15 minutes. The wait ended up being 30 minutes, and the waitress that had just come to work seated 4 parties at once after she put the menus together. We got seated, and the waitress came back and took all 4 parties' orders and drinks. Then we waited on bread and salads, and our bread came soon afterward. We had no silverware to eat our salad with. We finally get our food, still no silverware. We eat and wait for our bill and to go boxes.I will say the waitresses were doing a great job for the amount of staff versus the number of tables they had.Red lobster needs to hire more employees or more dependable employees.
