I’ve never been inside because I doordash from here but they make my drinks perfectly like heaven in a cup and my order is always right and sealed neatly whoever works here is proficient and I love them all

Nice enough location, easy parking, mostly easy access from road. While staff was pleasant and helpful, service was still very slow even though it wasn't busy. Bathrooms were not very clean and no paper at all in one restroom. The other restroom had a little paper yet, but the door did not lock. Not good in a public place. I mentioned the lack of TP and was told thanks, but no effort was made to get any.

The grumbling, sighing Staff was very unfriendly, unwelcoming & clearly disliked having to work. The place was filthy(during a very slow time); between that & the terrible service, they sent a clear message: we do not care, we do not try & take no pride in our work. Go to a local place that puts in effort & doesn't have flies buzzing all over the food(display case was disgusting) . Awful experience!

When we walked in on Saturday morning we were told that they were doing mobile orders and drive through only because they were short staffed. The line of cars was longer than a brand new Chick-fil-a so we left

I wasn't aware that each table had an outlet under it and asked if a certain table could be wiped off so that I was near the outlet. The manager, Jennifer, informed me of the outlets under each table and still sanitized the table for me . The barista brought my mocha cookie crumble to me which was awesome! I am enjoying the atmosphere here. Thank you Colonial Heights😊💪🧋

I come to this location 4 to 5 times a week because it's the closest to my job. I always order ahead and I'm 15mins from this location so 20 mins by the time I get there. I get there and im still waiting so, now I'm late for work and when you ask a question the response is your order is next. What's the purpose of ordering in ahead and still have to wait when you get there.
