Olyvia has always gone above and beyond expectations when I stop by to get my daily coffee. Very professional, courteous and delivers with a smile no matter the time of day.

This store in Colonial Heights, VA was unprepared for the crush of holiday travelers. They were unable to fulfill orders placed in app or in store. I asked them to cancel my order but they could not do that (in app purchase) so I now have to invest more time to get a refund. Not fair to the staff but we won't be back till this location.

I came in. They never acknowledged me. It took me about five minutes to take my order with me, although there were no customers in The store. The latte ordered for the Customer Service Was Horrible

They really turned around this location recently! It has new management and it seems they are working hard to address staffing shortages! My order was made quickly and was on point.

No toilet paper in one bathroom and a person standing in the other without the door locked. Associate touches rims of cups using bare hands and the drink itself i purchased needed adjustment

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. Always inconsistent drinks, and extremely slow service. There's no reason I should mobile order 40 minutes ahead of time in the drink isn't ready.

It seems like this store has been through alot. The employees want to be there just need some direction. I know they can do better!

Probably the worst starbucks around. The employees always have an attitude. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the Chester one or the 7 Brew less than a minute away. I don't know why I give them another chance in awhile I'm always disappointed and management is clearly aware and doesn't care.

This location has gone downhill quickly. Our last 2 visits have been horrible. This morning, during normal hours, the inside of this location was closed. We sat in line for 30 min, barely moving, behind about 20 cars. We left, and I contacted the store for a refund of my mobile order. The young lady was less than friendly, and advised me the only way to get a refund was to come back in the store. I stated that the store is closed, she said well you can come through the drive thru. Needless to say, a representative via chat on the app gave me a refund and my stars back within 2 minutes. I hope management is reading these reviews. We will not be back.
