Black female manager with durag not very friendly. Used excessive force on a customer, calling police just because he was sitting down and banned him from coming in. Wouldnt even give him any water after heat exhaustion. The customer service needs so much improvement. Do better Starbucks. Be better. Be kinder.

This team is amazing! I came in yesterday to do my homework and felt so at home! They brought me my food and drink to my table! Justice made my drink perfectly like he always does and Riot was always so nice to talk to, asking about my dad and my cat! It’s so nice that they take the time to know and remember their customers, it makes me feel so comfortable! I’ll be back!

My meal today was on point. My Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with Vanilla sweet cold foam, extra pump of horchata one pack Splenda ristretto, upside down, was ABSOLUTELY delicious. Not to sweet and I loved it. Reminds me of the Mexi Mocha @ Human Bean (my #1 fav) just cold. Lemon Loaf you can literally smell the lemon. It was fresh and honestly good. I get the hype now. A quick pound cake fix for sure. If your new to vegan foods the Spicy Falafel Pocket is a must try. I like the Sriracha sauce with mine. Need a quick lunch item, definitely recommended it but its a tad spicy. Yet my level of spicy is low it doesn't take much. Just grab a cold brew to chase it. Enjoy now l, bye!!!!

Note: whenever I door dash my coffee they add the smiling face. Crazy but that makes a positive difference with my order experience.
