An amazing leader once said “excellence doesn’t happen by accident“ in this picture you will see an early morning Starbucks huddle I happen to be out and about and not at my local Starbucks, but found my amazing manager (Anthony) with the Colonial Heights manager in an early morning huddle with the district director who is totally amazing and was very instrumental in recognizing my local store in Hopewell and it’s Veterans. My sincere hope is corporate headquarters will find this post and perhaps give the managers and district director kudos and maybe even some type of raise.

I stood forever at the register and finally after 7 minutes and a count of 7 employees someone finally came to take my order. I only got half my order and when I asked where was the other part an employee screamed “we don’t know - we on food and we training” okay I see u Starbucks ! This is a military community - move these Starbucks to another location stat - please.

I've given up on this place. Every time I go in the steamer or the microwave oven are not working. Sometimes it's for weeks at a time. I feel sorry for the staff as last time I went in I could tell that they were embarrassed to talk to me. I think Starbucks prefers to sell the more profitable and time consuming cold concoctions. If you want a cold drink this is the place for you. otherwise, forget it.

The baristas here are terrible. They have the worst attitudes. Luckily the coffee is still good. We really need another fully operational Starbucks in Colonial Heights #starbucks

Went here to get a coffee. It wasn’t busy and the Barista was very lazy and condescending. I was never greeted and it took the manger to tell him to take my order (this person saw me walk up and proceeded to avoid taking my order prior to the manager telling him) no one else was even in line. Trash service. I will drive out of the way to another Starbucks if my normal one is out of service. Only giving two stars cause the coffee the lady made was amazing.

I like to customize my drink so I don't mind the wait that comes in waiting for my drink. I had specifically asked for them not to add something to my drink and they did. So I asked if they could make me one without that ingredient and the barista looked so visibly disgusted and annoyed. I heard the same barista tell another customer (they messed up her drink) that they're having staffing issues so she has to wait, very rudely. I had asked for a shot of espresso in my drink and paid extra... and in the second drink they made, it had none. I feel like I'm being a Karen for being sad about a drink but I was really looking forward to my caffeine fix😅 I understand having staffing issues but they can't make a drink to save their lives...
