I probably should’ve looked at the reviews before placing an online order here so if you’re smarter than I am, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Placed the order Saturday around 7:30, got the store at the pickup time listed, they had decided to close an hour early because they’re “ short staffed”. We were then told to ask for “ Ms. Sally” when they reopened the next day & that she would be able to issue a refund. Ms. Sally is a very miserable person to say the least. I let her know that I was told to ask for her in regards to a refund & she very rudely lets me know that she can’t help me & tells me to look online for a phone number to call… The phone number she’s referring to is the number to DoorDash which has 0 to do with my online order placed through the SUBWAY website… not once was I offered a gift card, the food that I paid for and never received, was rudely told that she couldn’t help me…. Not to mention I had my 6 day old baby with me because they don’t have a working phone & I had to physically go to the location to get answers. So now I’m out of $30 & have absolutely nothing to show for it….

Lady preparing my sub was extremely aggravated (let out a loud huff) that I wanted to heat my sub once veggies were added. Paid for a fountain drink, ice wouldn’t work so I figured the drink would be cold but after a sip it was not. I ask for ice and she informed me the ice machine was down. I asked if I could trade my hot drink for a cold bottle out of the fridge and she said no be use I had taken a sip. Very rude.

The last 2 times I went in to this subway the guy that was working was by himself the first time I couldn't get waited on because he had 4 online orders ahead of me he should have taken care of the in store customer first then went back to the online orders told the guy be back some other time. The second time I went he was by himself again had a line but he had no air conditioning in the store and was sneezing and coughing and wouldn't ever change his gloves after he was wiping his face from sweat with a napkin and he informed me that he didn't have ingredients for my sub that evening and I told him I would never be back in that store again it was very unsanitary. They should close this place down.

Take a closer look at the trays the food is kept in. All freezer burned and other signs of the food not being kept properly….far from fresh. Ordered meatball sub, meatballs were definitely leftovers from previous day(s). Find another location seriously.

Perhaps the dirtiest Subway in the U.S. , stains / fingerprints on the countertop and glass display case. Lifeless toppings and condiments, wilted veggies (of the limited selections… out of lettuce and tomatoes). Here’s an idea: go to a local produce center or market and buy some! Appeared to lack cold packs of ice to keep food products cold and fresh. Threw out my sub out of concern for safety. In the age of Covid , my last choice for lunch options. According to the owner: “At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers”. If the picture of my Italian sub below appeals to you, apparently YOU are his target customer!!!!

I guess I should have read some of the reviews for this location. I haven't tried this location before as I just moved to the area. I eat at Subway at least once a week. Thursday's sub of the day is the 6" BMT. I guess I messed up and ordered a 12" instead of 2 - 6" subs. The person working said she could not ring it up as 2 - 6" subs because I ordered a 12". I have done this before without any issues. Should I have ordered 2 - 6" subs and have them make them separately even though I want them exactly the same? It would have saved me at least $5.

I had went in yesterday Friday October 27, 2023 & requested a meatball sub. Was told there was no bread. The employee was rude & didn't even care. He wouldn't even acknowledge me when I had asked how long was the wait for bread? He had his back turned away from me & goes "uhmmmm about 30 min because the bread has to cool down too". Basically telling me to go some where else. Bread could have been made in between to avoid absolutely not one piece of bread for a sandwich. I mean it's subway! There was no white, herbs & cheese, nor wheat. The employee could have cared less. Went to fire house subs instead & had a banging meatball.

You have to BAKE the bread. Never in my life have I ordered a sub to receive cold doughy bread. Couldn't even eat it was afraid I'd get sick. Worst part is my order was supposed to be toasted. It was so doughy I'm not sure if it was toasted or not. Ridiculous.

Came in on a Friday evening, peak dinnertime hours, and there was only one person behind the counter making food.How is he here by himself? Either give him a raise to justify how overworked he is, or pay people enough that they want to work here, because the poor guy does NOT deserve this kind of treatment.Shame on this company for failing both customers and employees alike.

We got a foot Long Philly cheese steak it was cold. Meat not heated.We got a foot long meatball marina. The meatballs were burnt. What a waste of $35.00 I we each took one bite and threw them in the trash. I will never get food from there again. ?
