The food was okay but the environment was HORRIBLE. They treat their employees poorly and are very unprofessional. It was not a welcoming atmosphere and the shift manager was speaking to another employee calling them racial slurs and insulting them in front of customers. I don’t think anyone should have to go into a restaurant and hear these things and they need to retrain their staff fully. If there are work issues with employees they should take these matters seriously and privately and not humiliate their employees in front of customers. I thought Subway had more integrity and better values so I was VERY disappointed with the entire experience. I will not be returning to this location and they need to do better as a whole. I would not recommend this location at all and would rather go pay more somewhere else knowing the company treats their employees right than to be in this situation again.

We stood at the counter waiting for someone to serve us. A customer came in and was asked if they wanted to get something, was served and that person asked me if I was waiting and apologize that she was taken before us. After she got her purchase the personal behind the counter walked away. Never, addressing me or my husband. We walked out not being served, they acted like we weren't even there. I wouldn't suggest anyone of color to go into that subway....👎👎👎👎

1:57pm DES was amazing very friendly very welcoming and very fast at getting the job done and very honest about how fresh her cookies were that were on display I am amazed I’ve been wanting subway for weeks now I visited 2 subways in Petersburg before coming here and they were horrible and very unwelcoming but DES changed my opinion on that coming to this location DES u did great Girl Thank you I hope management sees this ASAP !
