Had high hopes for this Sweet Frog, sadly couldn’t meet them. 14 frozen yogurt flavors, only 2 that actually had frozen yogurt. Completely unbelievable. Nonexistent hot fudge pump, and a caramel pump that was oozing more caramel from the sides than from the cap. Topping bar was filled, one lone worker who didn’t seem fazed that their only frozen yogurt product was on limited supply. Mentioned to this brave worker that their sole product wasn’t present, simply stated they had a busy day, so I guess 3pm on a Sunday is a bad time to get yogurt….go earlier next time? Shop was clean, just sad they didn’t have much in terms of frozen yogurt at a frozen yogurt shop.

Never have all flavors and sometimes they don't open on time , they just leave you outside wondering what's going on are you opening or not. It's 1 pm I've been here since 12:15 and still not open or any word on what's going on. Way overpriced. But fun for kids .

The people in there are great, but the frozen yogurt not so much taste more like ice cream form McDonald's, not going back there.
The top layer of the food looked fine. The only service was to weigh and ring up my order. So, I didn't give 5 stars. The ice cream spouts were dirty with old ice cream. I accidentally placed my bowl too close to the spout and there was residue on the rim of my cup. Since the spout was dirty, I'm assuming the food containers were dirty, too. The tables were dirty with food and dried ice cream. The floor was dirty with food. The chairs were dirty with food. Two workers were standing at the register. One set of customers were seated and eating, and we were the second set of customers there. Eat there at your own risk.

The froyo was good, but they didn't have very many flavors I liked today. So, I had to settle for peach and pineapple. I generally get the coffee, peanut butter, or vanilla.
