Never have all flavors and sometimes they don't open on time , they just leave you outside wondering what's going on are you opening or not. It's 1 pm I've been here since 12:15 and still not open or any word on what's going on. Way overpriced. But fun for kids .

The people in there are great, but the frozen yogurt not so much taste more like ice cream form McDonald's, not going back there.

The top layer of the food looked fine. The only service was to weigh and ring up my order. So, I didn't give 5 stars. The ice cream spouts were dirty with old ice cream. I accidentally placed my bowl too close to the spout and there was residue on the rim of my cup. Since the spout was dirty, I'm assuming the food containers were dirty, too. The tables were dirty with food and dried ice cream. The floor was dirty with food. The chairs were dirty with food. Two workers were standing at the register. One set of customers were seated and eating, and we were the second set of customers there. Eat there at your own risk.

The froyo was good, but they didn't have very many flavors I liked today. So, I had to settle for peach and pineapple. I generally get the coffee, peanut butter, or vanilla.

Place was packed. Our ice cream was melting before we could even get in the line to pay the cashier. I don't know what was taking so long but the last three times we've been in there we've had to stand in the line with melting cups for at least 20 minutes and by the time we will get to the register, my daughter was having to drink some of the yogurt because it was melted so much from standing in line so long it was spilling over the cup and of course there's never any discounts for you know loyal customers coming back a thousand times or you like other places like that have discounts for loyal customers... Especially like expensive places like sweet frog
I feel like if you're a loyal customer every 4 to 5 purchases u should get a free one or 50%off or something just a way to say hey we appreciate you because they're very overpriced but my kids love to go there because their grandma took them there the day before she passed away so I'm trying to keep the keep it going for them the memory going but to sit there and pay that much and wait in line for 20 minutes and then buy a melted cup of FroYo and it's just crazy to me the cashiers are sometimes rude they could care less about the experience they just want us to hurry up pay and be gone it's like if we ask for a lid they're just like huffing and puffing and like God like it's like every time I go into the Colonial Heights on its like that but that's the closest one to me that's the only one I can really speak on the one in Mechanicsville I've been there one time and they were totally different half the time the machines don't work at the Colonial Heights on and it's always like dirty around the toppings area I need to do better with cleaning it that's been my experience and I've been there five times with my kids over the last 40 days and over 20 over the last 2 years
Kid-friendliness: The kids love the flavors and fun toppings Parents hate the weight the system It should just be regular price for the size cups and then like an extra dollar with topping or set price without toppings.. Its really too greedy. When i find a replacement that is not so greedy i will definitely stop going here. Sooner or later another similar foyo place will pop up and hopefully not me so greedy
