Not sure why they decided not to open today, neither was the employee I spoke to at the shop, lol. but thanks for breaking my kid's heart after his surgery. That's the one thing he wanted. Then, your phone number is bad also, so I can't even keep my promise that I'd keep calling to see when they did decide to open.

I went there the last week and loved it in entirety - the pleasant ambiance, the friendly staff and the taste which was fresh and yummy. I'll go there again with the kids of our family.

Had high hopes for this Sweet Frog, sadly couldn’t meet them. 14 frozen yogurt flavors, only 2 that actually had frozen yogurt. Completely unbelievable. Nonexistent hot fudge pump, and a caramel pump that was oozing more caramel from the sides than from the cap. Topping bar was filled, one lone worker who didn’t seem fazed that their only frozen yogurt product was on limited supply. Mentioned to this brave worker that their sole product wasn’t present, simply stated they had a busy day, so I guess 3pm on a Sunday is a bad time to get yogurt….go earlier next time? Shop was clean, just sad they didn’t have much in terms of frozen yogurt at a frozen yogurt shop.

Never have all flavors and sometimes they don't open on time , they just leave you outside wondering what's going on are you opening or not. It's 1 pm I've been here since 12:15 and still not open or any word on what's going on. Way overpriced. But fun for kids .
