Went for tacos and there was a long hair in the taco!! This place needs to be closed!! Everyone is sitting down and on their phone! No management to be seen, so gross

Paid for $12 worth of food I did not get so I returned to the establishment. Was never rude. Tried to be polite and light about it and felt very singled out by young female there with long braids with bright red in them who had a obvious attitude for absolutely no reason with me. I observed her stomping back into the establishment prior to me driving back up to try and retrieve the items that they never gave me that I paid for. She was extremely rude. I'll never go back there again. Make sure engine will block him. When I pulled up to the window she glared at me out the window when I asked for the items that I didn't get politely.

Son had an interview for 2 pm today. He confirmed yesterday that interview was still in place. He arrived for interview at 1:55 pm to be told by the staff that the manager left for the day and come back next week. I cannot believe how unprofessional their management is.

Ordered in the drive thru for my daughter and I. 2 grilled cheese burritos and a quesadilla meal. No cheese on my burritos or the right ingredients, someone threw some chicken on there and guessed the rest. the lady at the window turns her back to us as she's handing me my food and drinks and continues laughing with another employee. This happens all the time. Idk what happened with management in the last couple of months but this taco bell has went downhill recently. Needs better employees or at least ones that act the part. Lazy, incompetent, and downright rude staff.

So, I drove up to Taco Bell, and was greeted with a very nice, young lady. She took my order, the service was fast. I enjoyed my fresco tacos. I’ll be back.
It was cool, had some construction going on the lot, but it didn't stop their service. If you're in this area. I'd definitely check them out.

They are serving RANCID FOOD and refusing to answer the phones to fix the issue. Don’t go here, they have a history of terrible service but the serving of rancid food is insane.

I'm new to the area so I debated between here and fiesta chicken. Let's start with the service. Order taker was prompt in asking for order as soon as I pulled up. Didn't suggestive self anything. Wait, it's 2023, are retail workers even asked to do that anymore? ? Or is just a warm body all that's needed ?? Anyway, the food was fresh and hot. The person at the window who took the order and the money, no no no. Not very hospitable. And the faces geez. I'd go back, but if she's in drive thru probably go in, depending on how tired I feel. The only reason I'd go back was because the food was hot and fresh. Round of applause to the cooks.
