I had dinner with my family, in a booth at the bar area. I had an under cooked burger, the front of the house manager Jay took great pride in getting me a new burger. As a kitchen manager myself this restaurant has excellent customer service. Our server Kendall was a pleasure to have.

I was recently at texas roadhouse and Kaylee was my server. After my food was delivered to my table, I found a LONG piece of blonde hair in my food which was clearly hers.. Its quite nasty that management has nothing to say and lets her wear her hair down. Thats a health violation!!! I won't be back

Just recently ate here and was a tad bit grossed out by how many servers had their hair down. Pretty positive it’s against health code to have your hair down while working in a restaurant. Just saying, management should really do something about this. Oh, and on top of that, I found hair in my food.
Love the food great service just the seating part is 50/50 this recent time I disliked the seating for 11 people like our backs was talking to one another tight space squeezing through the booth with so many people thats all

Made an online pickup order and wanted to try something other than steak, well don't waste your money. The catfish dinners, one 3pc and one 4pc . The sides was way larger than the pieces of fish. If that was even catfish. TEXAS ROADHOUSE DO BETTER. Know times are hard but really.
