Thanksgiving Day, Golden Corral was packed. So we came to this Waffle House and the service was fantastic. The waiter and I talked about Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders game since I wore my Commanders jersey.
My girls wanted a Waffle House experience because they’ve never been to one since we live in the Northeast. So, we stopped on our way down south. I forgot how much I missed the Waffle House. Everything was great. The staff was outstanding and very attentive. If I had to complain about anything at all, it would be that the sausage gravy was a little too salty for me, but it was still good. If you haven’t been to a Waffle House, make time to stop by on one of your journeys....
Food is consistent. You know what to expect.
Some servers know us as regulars and are very friendly.
Loud atmosphere. Pan clattering so loud that patrons yell to have conversations and then jukebox when on is adding to chaos. But hey,
