Today I visited Wendy’s to pick up food for myself and my partner. I ordered a #1 Double Combo, a chicken sandwich, a soda, and a large vanilla Frosty. As I approached the window to pay, I asked the young lady if I could add an additional large Frosty to my order. Instead of helping, she responded with a dismissive attitude and told me I would need to drive all the way back around to place a new order—despite the fact that I was already at the window and ready to pay.

Her tone was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I chose not to engage and simply left without completing the order. If employees are going to work in customer-facing roles, especially in the fast food industry, professionalism and basic courtesy should be a priority.

I strongly recommend that the franchise owner conduct unannounced visits to observe how their staff are interacting with customers. Based on today’s experience, I can only give this location ½ a star out of 5.

Not every now and again but every single time I come through the drive through something is not right with my order. I never ever get the damn spicy nuggets I order. I swear the people that make the drive thru orders are remedial!

Customer service sucks! They act like they are bothered by having to work. Always check your bag because they don’t care if you have the correct order! They don’t speak they just hold their hand out the window for the payment rudest place ever!

We waited in line for 30 minutes. Drive-thru cashier NEVER said anything, she held her hand out for the payment, passed over the drinks, finally handed the bag WITHOUT STRAWS FOR DRINKS. Never said here you go, thank you, have the day you deserve, sorry about the wait, nothing. Fast food is no longer fast! Fries were dry, warm at best. Thankfully the order was correct. We will miss this stop on our next trip.

This Wendy’s shouldn’t even get a star. The GM needs to do some adjustments. Just went through the drive through and the lady cut me off mid sentence of placing my order and said I have someone in front of you paying at the window. Like what!! Totally rude!! That is terrible customer service. Just got home (10 minutes away) and didn’t even get half my order that I paid for. Will never be going back to this Wendy’s again. I’ll drive 20 minutes to the one on rt 10

Horrible service. The girl working the drive thru window didn’t even speak a word when we pulled up to pay and get the order. She gave half of the order out and shut the window then walked off. Had to wait for her to eventually come back to open the window and just stare at us. Told her that she forgot part of the order. She closed the window and walked off came back with the rest of the order and again said absolutely nothing. The entire time the coworker was shaking her head at this girl because she was being so rude. Don’t waste your time. She couldn’t even be bothered to put ice in the drinks.

If I could they would get negative stars! Terrible customer service.... didn't even get to order food manager stood with her back turned toward us for more than 5 minutes just talking to the employees and didn't even acknowledge we were there, very unprofessional and immature!
