THE WORST!!!

The wait at the drive thru is incredibly long, as if they want you to give up and leave even when you are the only one there. They are incredibly rude, tried to close out the order before we were done placing it, argued with me about what I ordered when I articulated it very clearly, cut me off mid sentence, and other actively aggressive actions that should have corporate come and review. This entire restaurant needs a shakedown and all employees should be fired and replaced. All one star reviews of this location are correct. I advise anyone to complain if your server believes they can speak to you as if you are a lesser being like they do at this location.

They also intentionally withheld the receipt, likely to cover the server responsible, and shut the window when the lack of receipt was addressed.

Doors were locked before dine-in closing time, had to wait 25+ minutes for someone to get to the drive-thru window (despite not having customers in house because of said locked doors).

Person at window constantly interrupted during order, got my order wrong, argued about the order, and got the order wrong again after they "corrected" it. They were also "out" of frosties, but I had expected that before I placed my order.

They also withheld our receipt. I ended up just leaving with the second incorrect order. This happened at 9pm on a Wednesday. The website says they are open until midnight.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes in full view of 3 employees. No one even acknowledged us. Went to the McDonald's down the street.

Awful. For quite some time now it's been a pretty terrible location. My partner has gone to pick up our mobile order tonight and is wittnessing the employees arguing with customers and struggling with just a couple people in line. They have been rude to him as well and taking a long time to get an order that was placed well before getting there.
Other times I've gone to this location I could see people were in there working, nobody was in line and they would not answer on the intercom at all. Other times they'd be out of main things like Chicken nuggets.
Just a huge mess at this location. Both colonial heights locations have been pretty awful.
Do not reccomend waisting your time

Every single time I come here I order the exact same thing. Nothing out of the way or extremely difficult. Yet, every single time I order a particular item has to be made and remade 4 or 5 times. Why? No ketchup, no onion, no lettuce, and no mayonnaise means exactly that. If I tried to order it the other way and just say ONLY CHEESE, MUSTARD, TOMATO, PICKLE AND BACON ONLY it still has to be made and remade 4 or 5 times. Why? How? Then they want to take your money and rush you to pull up to clear their wait time. I get it, but when you finally bring me my food and it's wrong now I have to go through this process all over again because someone can't follow simple instructions. Quit making fast food and instead make good food.

An average Wendy's. Good salads, mediocre burgers, boring chili.

They seem very short staffed. They sometimes close early or make you wait 15 min at "shift change."

Occasionally they are out of something I ordered. (The online app won't know it and will take your money. If so, when the window clerk tells you they are out of something, pull out of line and cancel your order. Other methods of getting a refund don't work. You can then enter the order again without the problem items.)
