The burgers were good, as was the Frosty. Staff were friendly. The fries were cold and dry. The soda machines were broken. No condiments available at all. I was curious about the low rating, and now I understand. I guess it's a truck stop Wendy's so there's that.

i did a doordash order from them. first they give the driver the wrong order and he had to go back to get the right one. then when i finally get it, the sandwhich that i ordered wasnt even there and my drink was the wrong size and the wrong drink. they didnt even bother giving me a straw. my bag was sealed too by the way. i do not recommend ordering delivery from this location

This Wendy’s has been perfecting the art of disappointment for over a decade. This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant in America. Last night, two people in line somehow translated into a 15-minute wait—time moves differently here, like a glacier of customer service. At least the entertainment was provided by a dude mopping and singing along to his headphones, which was the closest thing to “service” we got.
No chili. No napkins. No ice. No clue. The manager celebrated clocking out like she’d won the lottery, and her replacement strolled in ten minutes late to keep the tradition alive.
With plenty of disinterest for all, at least the floor offered a garnish of discarded chicken nuggets. Honestly, this place is less a restaurant and more a performance art piece about entropy. Wendy’s, please—take a field trip to Chick-fil-A.
In all seriousness, the only reason to go to Wendy's is to get a cup of chili, but it's never available here, or too cold to serve or won't be ready for 30 minutes. And the lack of napkins!!!! The ajoining PILOT orders the napkins for Wendy's and has plenty- just go ask.

you can see that nobody in the kitchen wears gloves i ordered tenders and they didn’t wants to give them until like 45 minutes later the lady also wanted me to pay for the tenders again and that pmo and my beef wasn’t cooked all the way and my drink tasted like clclorox this is was atcolonial heights VA btw, im never going back there again

The customer service here was not up to standard. The manager was the most unfriendly, inhumane person that I have ever encountered. Was in the drive thru and there was the Orange Tabby kitten that was a stray. This very nice lady was trying to catch the Kitten and take him to a rescue. She had mentioned to him that she was there about a month ago and was concerned about the Kitten's well-being. The manager needs some re-training on his personal skills or just being a decent human. She was just trying to help a defenseless creature to safety and out of harm's way. I pray that someone is able to find and rescue this beautiful Kitten and find his forever home. I can understand the need to keep the drive thru lane open, but there was a mom.ent of about 15 to 20 minutes where there were no customers. From my POV, I didn't see a problem with here being there to try and save that Kitten
