This is the best Wendy's in my area. They always get my order right and the service is extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend if you like Wendy's to go to the one on this location.

The lady with the fat saggy belly forgot my chicken nuggets.
I told her and she was rude and didn't believe me and she never gave me my nuggets for the biggie bag meal.
Luckily I ordered from door dash and got my money back for that meal.
She definitely ate my nuggets!

When you prepay a mobile order 30 minutes before you get there and it still takes some 15 minutes to make it there's a problem somewhere...

Marquis was very professional looking, smiled, quickly got my order, food was hot and fresh. Even the lobby was clean so I didn't have to hunt for a clean table to sit at, even the floors were clean and free of debris. Seriously impressed with this visit.
After being on the road all day there isn’t much to eat around midnight. Stopped here and wish I hadn’t. People were nice enough but when I got my food I was so disappointed. Fries were cold and hard. The bun on my sandwich was like a brick and the nuggets were cold. Should’ve just gotten a snickers bar and went to sleep.

I have never in my life went to an establishment for months and every time the drive through is not operating due to staff. It's ridiculous. At least block it off. A kicker is I was told I had to go inside to order but I was flagged down by an associate at the window saying she didn't know why they said that and she could take my order.

Out of multiple things couldn't make my order as placed. Poor guy was all by himself.

Severely understaffed. The cashier/ manager would take one order, do some prep, and then repeat. People were leaving by the droves. I placed my order online, while standing in line because I wanted breakfast and it was almost over. I think I was second in line for 20 mins. They were trying but need some help!

Usually a wait of 15+ mins. There always seems to be an issue with something. Often about 5+ orders in line and given time of day. They have changed the staff quite a bit, and there always seems to be an issue when ever ordering.

Horrible!!!!
After waiting in line for approximately 15 min to place my order, the store “manager/supervisor” informed me they do not have any of the items I tried to order:
2x Chili
2x Salads
Not even an apology!! Common Wendy’s wall can do better than this

Still great service. The light skin black guy with the durag is working hard making sure everyone's order is quick and fresh. Us drivers appreciate it.

Was visiting from out of town. Ordered a chicken biscuit, medium potatoes and a drink. Biscuit was good and hot, drink was good but those potatoes were soggy and on the verge of cold and semi warm if that's at all possible. I'd probably try a different one, maybe they had a bad start to the morning.
